This was my first service which included oil,filter change and tire rotation. Car wash and tire pressure check are add ons to every service is what I heard from the service staff. As soon as I took my car home yesterday after sevice I realised my oil percantage indicator was still not updated and the vehicle was not run through car wash and its just 24hrs now, my car's low tire pressure indicator started glowing but I was told everything was checked during service. It just goes to show the commitment towards serving customers

On May 19th, due to a loud rattling noise on the driver’s side, I brought in my 2010 Honda Pilot, which I purchased from your dealership. The previous week, my car was inspected by Cardinal Care on Fleming Road. There I was told to contact Crown Honda due to a corrosion issue on the front sway bar. Tony assisted us, and then passed us to Matthew. We left the car overnight, and were told the next day that the problem was indeed the sway bar, but that the dealership had only one available. The mechanic said the passenger-side was the problem, so that’s the sway bar that would be replaced. I reminded Matthew that I believed the problem was on the driver’s side—an opinion shared with the mechanics at Cardinal Care. Matt disagreed. I told him I would pay only for the repair of the bad part, and not for something there was nothing wrong with. Later that day, I got a call, from Matt: “Well,” he said, “I have some good news, and some bad news. The good news is that your car is fixed, but we wrecked your car.” I was livid! The explanation I received is that “there are a lot of cars in our parking lot today, and things happen.” I was told that the damage was bad enough that my car had to go to the body shop for repair, and that it would take at least 24 hours. I was offered a rental car, but I would have to find a way to Wendover to get the paperwork, and then someone there would drive me to the rental agency to get a car. Are you kidding me? I should have had a car, waiting outside my work, at 5pm! I refused Matt’s offer as insufficient. This same day, both by husband and I made several unanswered calls to Matt and Tony. The next day, Matt finally answered his phone to ask why I did not agree to the rental car. I told him to check his messages. Well, he then had more bad news. On his drive to the body shop, he realized that, in fact, the car was NOT fixed, and the noise was under the driver’s side. HELLO! I then was beyond upset. Matt told me they were going to fix the other side--the driver’s side--after doing the bodywork on the car. On Friday, the 22nd I was told my car was ready, and due to the inconvenience, I would not be charged for replacing the additional sway bar. But if I had been taken seriously, and listened to, this would not be an issue. I picked up my car with my husband; I was ignored, and he was not. I did NOT receive the complimentary cleaning I had been promised, either. Matt said the shop was “too busy” that day! My car had black soot everywhere inside, and on the car seat. With all this, after 20 years of buying exclusively from Crown and Mr. Ron Hodges, (who will also be receiving a copy of this), you leave me no choice but to take my business elsewhere. I am requesting a FULL refund of the repair bill, due to your disrespect and lack of customer service. Sincerely, Maureen A. Anderson

I met with Michael W first and he was great but then I met Retha Martin. She was very friendly and professional. I came in looking for one particular car but she showed me a car that exceeded my expectations. She was very patient with me as we negotiated. Well....I took that car home that day and I couldn't have made a better choice. Special thanks to her and the whole team over at Crown Honda used auto.
