On a Thursday before my birthday, which was May 3, I pulled into the Crown Honda located on Wendover here in Greensboro. I had just picked up my youngest two from school and figured I would give them a look around. As I pulled into a parking space a young lady asked me if I needed some help in which I replied, "I have $12,000 I need a car". She invited me in and told me she would see what she could do. Once we were inside I explained to her that this was a knew experience and I didn't want to be taken advantage of so no games just real talk. She told me she would keep everything on the up and up and for me to trust her. After a brief conversation about what I was looking for she told me she was going to talk to her manager and she would be back shortly. Well as it would happen shortly she came back and told me she had something for me to see but she had to find it. Well after what seemed to be a life time of waiting she was back and we were out the door to see it. So to make this long review short I walked out the owner of a 2010 black Toyota Camry. Now what makes this deal so sweet and special is that I told her I wanted a black car and what I really cared about was low miles and boy did she deliver!!! I drove off the lot with a car that only had 34,000 miles on it (which according to most means my car is basically brand new). After a VERY GENEROUS DISCOUNT I ended up getting a car with great miles and in immaculate condition for more than $3,000 less than book and retail value. As a single mom of three with a low paying job that was such a blessing and so I have to say thanks to Crown Honda and the BEST SALES CONSULTANT on all of Wendover Avenue Retha Martin. Thank you all so much I just love my car and I appreciate everything you did for me.

I had the pleasure of dealing with William Bradshaw over email for a week, then went in to purchase on Saturday... got a salesman who didn't show any interest so I decided to go back later. Went Monday to meet with William and it was all down hill from there. The process took approx 5 hrs, and we were more than ready to leave with a new car, but from making a deal, waiting on a finance rep, to going over new car features it was a long 5 hours. Each person we dealt with on Monday treated us like family, laughing with us, and just being super friendly. The guys mentioned above went out of their way to make the long hours not so boring. I want to thank Crown Honda of Greensboro, and all the guys involved in my purchase for working with my budget for my new Accord! I'm very pleased and would return, (after all, that's the 3rd car we've purchased from them).

About a month ago, I drove to Greensboro to look at a 2009 Honda Civic. I specifically informed the sales person, Elijah Taylor, I was looking to purchase the car with cash. While doing the paperwork, he asked for my social security number. I asked why he needed it and he said it was for informational purposes only. I later found out that I signed a form to pull my credit report. I submitted a Better Business Bureau complaint and Mike Starkey called to discuss my concerns. He promised he would speak to the general manager, Scott Bisbee, and follow up with me upon his return from vacation. I left two voice mail messages, and I still have yet to hear back from Mike. Yet, he replied to my complaint online stating he would contact me to discuss the matter. In addition to all of this, I contacted the DMV today and was told the car has yet to be registered in my name. This means the 30-day tag is now expired and no longer valid. Now, I have to call the dealership to find out why they did not do their job in sending the information to DMV. I will be sending an email to the Ashbury Automotive group about the lack of service in this dealership. I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership, and I tell this story to everyone I meet!!!

This dealership is shady and deceptive. They don't care about the customer, only making money at the customer's expense. I bought a used car there (love the car) and was deceived into buying add-on services and warranties that added $4700 to the purchase price. A fact they concealed, telling me that the add-ons would only cost $7/month added to the monthly payment, which means they lied about the initial monthly payment because the added $7 would not have covered $4700. The worst part was when I realized I had been cheated, I couldn't get a hold of anyone to talk to. I left messages that weren't returned and called the dealership at least 8 times in one afternoon. I left a message for the general manager, Scott Bigsby that was never returned. When I asked for the corporate office number, they "didn't have that". I finally got a hold of the sales manager who said I could cancel all of the add-ons but it wouldn't change my monthly payment, only my term of loan.....leaving me to pay the interest on all those services. Oh yeah, and I have to drive up to Greensboro again to have this corrected.

As we have discussed, we are unable to cancel the product prior to it being registered with the bank nor can we cancel it without an authorization to do so.
