Me and my wife we're in the market for a used car we look long and hard till we found one and are right budget it just so happened that I found it at the worst dealership possible every salesperson in the entire floor only sees their customers as walking dollar signs every repair tech could care less what's really wrong with your car I ended up purchasing a 2007 Jeep Wrangler from the Nissan dealership it was previously owned by certified mechanic who just so happened to work at that dealership when I bought the vehicle I spoke with the previous owner to which he assured me I wasn't wasting my money there was nothing wrong with this vehicle it was absolutely flawless later I have realized buying this vehicle was the worst mistake of my life it has left my pregnant wife and two kids stranded over 10 times keep in mind this vehicle is an 07 with 100000 miles on it I bought an extended warranty because I knew there was a chance it may break down and I did not want to get stuck footing the bill so first thing that happened was the radiator was no good and the radiator fan was also no good the car overheated and overheated and overheated again it blew the radiator hose off four or five times I took it into the nissan dealership they said it was my fault but I paid my deductible and had my warranty cover the repairs while it was there I requested they take a look at my front axle because when I Drive down the road it sounds like there's rocks under the car bouncing off the bottom the entire time they give me my car back reassure me that there's nothing wrong and it's supposed to sound like that later to find out they were just being lazy and not willing to repair the problem which turns out to be a simple hundred dollar part overall experience these people have no customer skills no communication techniques no willingness readiness or wanting this to help no care in the world how their customers taken care of just how big your paycheck is at the end of the week I will never return here to buy a vehicle ever I work for a transportation company will use a fleet of Nissan vehicles 27 to be exact I will never bring them here for service

We traveled 210 miles from East Tennessee to buy a Versa for my daughter, and Crown Nissan beat the best deal in our area by $1600, Local dealers were telling me there was no way they could sell the car at that price and to be very careful with all the paperwork, and to be honest I was not sure myself what would happen when we got to the dealership. What DID happen is that Jacob and Ray had everything ready to go, the car was detailed and sitting at the door, and the whole process was completed in about an hour and we were on our way back to TN. It was by far the best and easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Only regret is that we don't live closer so I could give them my service business as well. Thanks to Jacob, Ray, Basilio, and the whole team, they made us feel like our business was appreciated.

I have visited either online or in person over 15 Nissan dealers. I usually left aggravated. I found Crown Nissan of Greensboro NC online. I decided to email them about a new Nissan. Within 10 minutes, I received an email from Jacob Ratliff, and Kai Bode. I emailed several times over the next few days and received a reply within 5 to 10 minutes each time. I asked for the best price and received it. I hate to haggle with salesmen. I emailed Jacob and Kai one morning and told them I was on my way to Crown Nissan of Greensboro NC. This is nearly 5 hours from my home. I passed several Nissan dealers along the way. I walked into Crown Nissan and was greeted immediately. I asked fro Jacob. The salesman paged him and within 2 minutes, Jacob and Kai greeted me. The Nissan Frontier was in the showroom and they said they would take it outside so I could test drive it. I told them I would drive it after my purchase. I am very pleased with Jacob and Kai. I will always go back to Crown Nissan when I need another Nissan. I also will tell everyone I know to go to Crown. Thank you so much.
