In May, while returning from the mountains we visited Jaguar of Greenville and met Zack Elliman. He knew we were not buying a car but still spent time with us answering questions, providing a test drive and showing us their inventory. In June I talked with Zack several times by phone from Florida. I selected a Jaguar XF, agreed on price and received initial paperwork by e-mail. I then flew to Greenville, Zack had the car ready for me and we concluded the purchase in 2 hours. The whole experience was pleasant and efficient. Bob Windermere, Fl.

Who Helped Me:The gentleman in the detailing department stayed late to detail my car after purchase.
On Friday June 19th I sold my car without having a new one picked out. After visiting 2 other dealerships I ended up at Greenville Luxury by chance. It was very close to their closing time but I was in great need of a car. We were greeted by David Hanna with a smile on his face. I quickly explained my situation and need for transportation. Unlike the other 2 dealer ships he was eager to help and let me look/test drive as long as I needed. James Clayton walked out to the car prior to my test drive and explained that most of the finance companies had already closed for the evening but if I found something I liked he would be happy to handle the financing end in the morning. The test drive was such a great experience with David answering all of my questions. Once returning to the lot James explained he had communicated with a finance company that by chance had an employee who was working a little late that evening. Within an hour of the test drive I was on the road in my new car with an extended warranty and a payment lower than my previous one. I cannot say enough nice words regarding my car purchase and plan on never purchasing a car at another dealer ship. Greenville Luxury puts the customer needs first going above and beyond in all aspects. Again thank you for your willingness to go the extra mile to make this car purchase such a breeze!

I brought my Volvo in for it's first service @ Greenville Luxury last week and was greeted by Mike Kulla at the service entrance. He promptly got my information and wrote my work order,.. absolutely no waiting...The car was finished in the time estimated, AND it was washed and vacuumed.. We live an hour away from the dealer and had an early morning appointment, so we left our house without breakfast.. Mike told us of their "PIT STOP" cafeteria on the premises....We had a real good breakfast better than any fast food joint... This dealership is GREAT !!
