Bought a used truck from them. Took two trucks for a test drive then came back. Waited 20 minutes for the sale then over two hrs to do paper work. Was told would be called next day about finances never happen. Called many times always a machine when financial guy called me back said dont know what happen to When returned to "just pay" had an apointment sat waited over half hr. Reason "Others got ahead of you" so appointment was useless. Tried finance us at higher rate then bank gave us when said going with bank told us oh we can just write it up. Good vehicle okay deal but wait wait wait for paper work. Financial guy is either inept or overworked. Doesnt matter cuz it results in you sitting for hrs waiting comment sales guy was "we are not wannamkers"

My wife & I bought a new Encore. The salesman told us he would give us his card before we left. this never happened. There was absolutely NO contact after the sale. They simply drop you like a hot potato and move on to the next one. We were left to pour over manuals and rip our hair out trying to figure out the new technology on the car. 0 service after the sale.

We finalized a deal and in the middle of completing financing they sold it to another customer. No communication and no issue with financing on our end. Typical Car Dealer BS. Beware of all Faulkner Dealerships!

I live over an hour away from this dealership and after reading the reviews I was a tad bit concerned on the follow-through on the dealership in keeping to it's quoted price. Let me first say that I'm a shopper who knew what I wanted to buy and I had no requirements in regards to finding the "right" car nor did I need financing - so it's a simple matter of me locating what I wanted and have the dealer simply provide the quote. I was in an out of the dealership in about an hour and a half. Most of this wait was most likely the time waiting for them to prep the car (wash and fill) - wish they would have done this prior but I'm sure they have had a fair amount of no shows. Blair took my information and handed me off to the business manager (Allen). Allen did go through a list of other service/options - at no point did he make me feel that I was making a big mistake if I didn't get "X" or "Y" protection. This may be more about the type of buyer (get in - get out). I honestly had more of an issue with the GM On-Star activation person (not part of the dealership) who presented option "$$" and option "$" but failed to provide the other option "NONE" - which I picked. The On-Star person then wanted credit card number - which I also deferred to maybe later. I had no issue with the handling of the transaction and I left paying exactly what was quoted to me.

I custom ordered a Buick enclave in Mid April. At that time, the dealer and I have made an agreement on the price and they promised I will get a rebate. For that reason, I placed my deposit and kept waiting. Two months later, I've moved to Massachusetts. They said my car arrived and they will sell it to me at the price we've agreed on. OK. I'm so excited, ask for two days leave from work, bring the money, and drive 7-hours back from MA to take the car. You know what. When I was there, they told me I'm not eligible for the rebate and asked me to pay a much higher price. I'm so upset with them. I said I won't buy at this price. They felt really relaxed and said I can take my deposit back. It's not a matter of deposit. Just think of how much effort, time, and money you have spent on this? A bloody lesson. Do not waste your time and stay away from this dealer.
