Sterling McCall Toyota is a great place to purchase a vehicle and it has nothing to do with the name of the establishment, but everything to do with the personnel that work there. I dealt with Yancy Valenzuela and Tunde Samuel---I just can't say enough about these guys. They are true professionals with a strong commitment to excellence. Also, they believe in meeting the needs of their customers and making sure they are 100% satisfied. Yancey found the truck that I wanted and he made sure that it was equipped the way that I wanted it. Dennis Bilir took care of the finance and paperwork. He was very friendly, courteous, and applied no pressure. Lastly, Yancy's, Tunde's, and Dennis' dedication to their job, attention to detail, commitment to excellence, and concern for their customers, speaks volumes for the entire Sterling McCall Toyota establishment. I bought a used Hyundai genesis coupe from these guys, looked like a good car and everything. Car fax report came back clean, i haggled the price down a good bit( now realizing why they were so negotiable on the price drop) and so i bought it. i started doing upgrades on it and my body shop owner asked me if this car has ever been in an accident. i replied no, he told me the entire rear half of the car has been damaged and repainted, very badly painted may i add, and that i shouldn't have been sold this car. i went back to the dealership after finding out this news and asked to be reimbursed because now i have to pay out of pocket a few thousand dollars to get it repainted. They practically laughed me out since its my fault that i bought the car and they wont do anything for me. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! you will thank me in the long run.

Let me start by saying I am not the complaining are pestering type. In mid July I purchased a Audi from Sterling McCall Toyota. I stopped by on a Thursday night and test drove the vehicle. The car was in great shape however, I heard a little winning noise and was told by Joseph Boguhet and Alex (pre owned manager) that was the turbo on the vehicle. Alex ensured me that those cars are put through vigorous inspection. I asked that they run a diagnostic on the vehicle to make sue and they both assured me they would have the vehicle looked at before I drove the vehicle off the lot. I pick the vehicle up the following day around 5pm and by that night the check engine light comes on, I take the vehicle back to Sterling McCall mid day on Saturday. Ken in the service department comes out and greets me. I tell him about the problem he turns they key on and off and messes with the gas cap. Then he asked that I bring it back during the week. I bring the car back on Tuesday and drop it of with Rick. They had the car until Friday only to tell me that the vehicle needed a new catalyst converter. Alex calls me and says if I like they can fix free of charge are reverse the transaction. I opted to keep the vehicle because they ensured me they would fix it at no cost. Ken then calls and advises me they would order the part and will be in next week. The week came and went no call. I called a few time a week after and between Ken and Rick the part had not come in. 3/4 weeks later I go in and sit in the service department for roughly 2 hours while Ken looks for the file that he cant seem to locate. He finally comes with some papers and says that all the old orders were purged from the system and that he had to reorder the part. I accepted that and left I called a few more times and no part still had arrived. I went in again and Rick looked confused this time. I ended up taking the vehicle to get serviced myself. Horrible customer service and very dishonest dealership. I would never purchase another vehicle from the company or any of its affiliates again.
