I wanted a new Toyota RAV4 so a family friend recommended I talk to Mr. Bert Mann. My friend told me that Mr. Mann was a straight shooter and that he did not play the typical salesman games. I'd visited many dealerships during the week and was tired of playing their games. Normally you hold some information close to your vest so that the salesmen don't have the upper advantage but I was told that I could trust Mr. Mann and he would not take advantage of me. My friend was right. I took a chance and told Mr. Mann exactly what I was willing to spend monthly, what my credit score was, and how much my trade in was worth. He pulled up the numbers for the car I wanted and presented me with an out-the-door price including TTL, destination, etc that was far below the best price any other dealership had offered. The car I wanted was not in stock and needed to be ordered. At other dealerships they would push me towards the higher end models instead of focusing on attaining the model I wanted. Mr. Mann never pushed me towards a more expensive model. He ordered my car and told me when I could pick it up. When I arrived to take delivery it was exactly as I wanted. The price had not changed and he didn't push me to buy any upgrades. I drove home happy! If you want to play games and end up with a headache go to Fred Haas Toyota. If you want the best price without haggling and no dealer shenanigans then call Bert Mann at Sterling McCall Toyota!

Sterling McCall Toyota is a great place to purchase a vehicle and it has nothing to do with the name of the establishment, but everything to do with the personnel that work there. I dealt with Yancy Valenzuela and Tunde Samuel---I just can't say enough about these guys. They are true professionals with a strong commitment to excellence. Also, they believe in meeting the needs of their customers and making sure they are 100% satisfied. Yancey found the truck that I wanted and he made sure that it was equipped the way that I wanted it. Dennis Bilir took care of the finance and paperwork. He was very friendly, courteous, and applied no pressure. Lastly, Yancy's, Tunde's, and Dennis' dedication to their job, attention to detail, commitment to excellence, and concern for their customers, speaks volumes for the entire Sterling McCall Toyota establishment. I look forward to being a repeat customer. Keep up the great work!!!

I bought a used Hyundai genesis coupe from these guys, looked like a good car and everything. Car fax report came back clean, i haggled the price down a good bit( now realizing why they were so negotiable on the price drop) and so i bought it. i started doing upgrades on it and my body shop owner asked me if this car has ever been in an accident. i replied no, he told me the entire rear half of the car has been damaged and repainted, very badly painted may i add, and that i shouldn't have been sold this car. i went back to the dealership after finding out this news and asked to be reimbursed because now i have to pay out of pocket a few thousand dollars to get it repainted. They practically laughed me out since its my fault that i bought the car and they wont do anything for me. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! you will thank me in the long run.
