Came in and test drove a car. We made an offer over the phone later that day, they accepted our offer. We went in on the next business day and they sold the car out from under us!!! HORRIBLE way to do business!

I went to buy a 2011 Ford Fusion SEL from them. The price was very good. We worked it out where we got the price down to what I wanted. Dennis was very nice and patient while I test drove several different fusions. We settled on the price $13,500 after all dealer fees, licensing all those fees that are added on after the sale price. This was nailed down and was understood that was the only way I would go back to sign papers. When I went back to sign the papers I just so happened to be able to see his screen for a second as he turned it to show me different prices for the tire protection whatever. And it said the price was $13,800 total. I said thats not right. We agreed $13,500. He asked if that was approved by a manager, like I had control of who Dennis talked to. I said Dennis told me whoever he talked to said that was fine and proceed. He paged Dennis and tried to call him. We waited for about 30 minutes Dennis never came back. I had been car shopping for months and was just over it and ready to be done, so i agreed to their ridiculous scam of raising my price. After all said and done I walked out of the office and there was Dennis walking across the floor. So i stopped him and said I would like a full tank of gas to leave in. He said they didnt do that. I told him hey you guys screwed me out of $300 best thing you can do is give me a full tank. He asked what happened. I told him they were calling you but you never showed up to defend the price we previously talked about. He said okay sure and we went and filled the tank up. Whatever, I left feeling happy I finally got a new car even if I was screwed over. I have had 3 different items with the car fail so far. The Blind Spot alert system. and Cross traffic alert system. And my AC has stopped blowing cold only on passenger side. still icy on driver, but hot on passenger. I called service to see what we can do since i bought the car less than 6 months ago and things keep going wrong with it. THey said they can get it in a week from whenever. because saturdays it is just "light maintanence" I said free diagnosis correct? He said no. He said I would have to talk to Dennis about that. He transferred me to Dennis. I had to leave a message. And have not heard back. Living a busy work and personal life. I have not had time to drive the hour up there to see them personally. Or try and schedule anything.

Traded my 2013 in for a 2015 paid the big buck to have the LED lamp Assy in the front of my 2013 , I asked the The man selling me the 2015 if it had the LED from the Factory like I had installed the KIa ones in my 2013 he said yes. I didn't question him since it looked like it could have them in the lamp assy. Again I should have checked but again I took his word. I found it didn't have LED in front I called sales Department and he said he never said that. I asked what they were going to do an he said he would call me back. Still waiting as time ticks away. I found much better Customer Service in Muncie Kia. No call back on even seeing how my new 2015 is .

My car was totaled in an accident, and I found myself having to scramble for a replacement. I definitely wasn't looking forward to the whole process, especially having to deal with sales representatives; however, my experience at Butler turned out to be a really nice one. Thanks to Dion Pogue, I was able to get a great deal on a used car in very good condition with low mileage. He was honest and upfront about certain things, yet very helpful and friendly throughout the process, and was able to address my worries about buying new car. He spent a lot of time explaining everything and gave me tons of useful information. I highly recommend Dion at Butler Kia.
