Drove three hours to purchase 2014 Ford Explorer and was very disappointed when we saw the vehicle in person. Saw vehicle online and we questioned one picture where it looked like heavy scrapes on front bumper corner and was told there was NOTHING THERE. Was assured of the vehicles NICE condition by Steve Blaskie and was clearly mislead on OTHER body damage as well. Looked like vehicle was used in off road drivers training course and dealer sales manager sent other employee out to smooth things over which was upsetting the sales manager couldn't even address our concerns himself. Walked away with our money and will buy elsewhere. We laughed about situation on ride home and will NEVER COME BACK! This vehicles price was raised $101.00 later that evening and NO WORK WAS DONE TO REPAIR VEHICLE

I had been looking to trade up from my 2006 Mustang V6, and saw a certified used black 2012 Mustang GT Premium on the website that looked very good. I called Friday morning an hour before I headed out and was told the car would be ready to test drive when I got there. Unfortunately, when I arrived it hadn't been washed, which made finding the few paint chips a little more difficult, but it looked good for a 4 year old muscle car. It drove great, had low miles and was equipped just like I would have ordered new. Negotiated an acceptable trade and paid cash. They took it to be washed while finishing the paperwork, it looked much better with a clean exterior. On the drive home I noticed what looked like some bug guts on the windshield. I stopped for lunch and discovered it wasn't that, but chips in the windshield that weren't obvious during the test drive. Three very noticeable chips, and dozens (if not a hundred) very small, pinhead size or smaller, shallow chips across the windshield. Returned to the dealership and was scheduled for a glass repair specialist to look at it the next Monday. After looking at it, he said he could repair the larger chips, but could do nothing for the many smaller ones. I stated that if the car had been clean when I arrived I might have noticed the chips, and would have made replacement of the windshield a purchase condition. The only resolution offered at the time was the chip repair, which did not completely satisfy me. I was later contacted by the store GM, Steve. He offered an apology and a replacement windshield, which is being scheduled for installation in my driveway. His prompt and professional handling of my concern has met all of my expectations! I am now a very satisfied customer and would recommend Butler Kia.

I have purchased two cars from Butler dealerships, but I will purchase no more. I was sold a used Volvo a little over two years ago. I was sold a car with cheap, sub-par tires. I also purchased tire coverage (which, I'm sure, makes the dealership a certain amount of money, or why would they bother pushing it so hard?). Thank goodness I purchased the insurance, because I have had to have my tires replaced now 7 times, along with 2 wheel repairs. I had mentioned several times the idea that these tires are inadequate and dangerous (They've left me stranded numerous times and have blown out on the road, not to mention how many times I've been out in below freezing temps, even below 0 temps, trying to air them up just to get them to the dealership for a new tire...AND less important than safety, but I have missed several hours of work because of these tires and Butler's inadequate support when it comes to service needs) and would the dealership put 4 decent tires on that are not endangering me, but the idea had always been dismissed. Finally, after flat tire number 7 left me in the lurch halfway to Cincinnati, I had lost my patience with the dismissals and asked for the dealership to replace all 4 tires, as these tires are obviously unsafe and inadequate. I was met with condescension and rudeness by their sales manager, who informed me they would not replace tires on a car they sold 2 1/2 years ago (Despite the fact that these tires started going flat at a couple months of ownership and have done so regularly over the rest of the time, and despite the fact that I have requested this same relief several times in the past). He confirmed that the owner had made this decision, which is really disappointing, considering he has made a significant amount of money off of my vehicle purchases. Before requesting that I talk to someone about 4 new tires, I called on Saturday to ask that they order a tire and was told I could come in yesterday around lunch. Yesterday morning I called to confirm the tire had been ordered. It had not. Despite the fact that I have had 6 tires replaced already (at least - I'm not sure it's not more times), they don't have my tire type/size saved in my system (Another reason for poor review - they once put the wrong tire size on my car. Good thing I noticed). I was asked to read the size off the tire. I wasn't sure (not being a tire salesperson or whatever) exactly which of the several bits of information they needed off my tire, I waited outside in the cold (teens) for 10 minutes waiting for the service guy who had just called (and who I told I would be calling back in 5 minutes) to get on the phone, so he could tell me which info he needed. I gave him the information and was told he would call me back when the tire was in. In his defense, I then asked him to put me through to his manager re: the 4 tires replacement option, so if he didn't order it then, that's understandable. However, I called this morning to have him order it, and he told me he has to see the car first. This is the first I've heard of this, and bear in mind I'm running on a tire that is regularly losing air and has a bubble in it, and it's freezing outside. They have, in the past, replaced the tire without me having to bring the car in, so I told him this. No go (and he was incredibly rude and unhelpful and short and interrupted me constantly). I got off the phone with him and called the insurance company myself. Was told by them the dealership could order the tire with my claim number. I call him back with the claim number. Still not good enough. He has to talk to his manager, who is not in the office today (out in a dealership meeting). So, they have left me in the lurch again. He was so unbelievably hard to deal with and rude, as most everyone else has been. This is not my first experience with men there having really condescending and rude attitudes. I have been put off by the usual "you're a woman" attitude of several of the men there (though, the service manager I have dealt with in the past - not the SALES MANAGER, mind you, who is a royal jerk - has been very nice and very helpful on occasion, though he, of course, calls me things like "dear," which I could do without). Also, they never have loaner cars or rides available, so I'm always on my own with my car with the terrible tires. Once when I had to have my wheel repaired, they did send me in a loaner - a really filthy and smelly loaner. Like REALLY filthy and smelly. Even my husband was disgusted. Also, I asked them for a recommendation for a dent repair person. They said they had a really reasonable guy who came in pretty regularly, and they would call me to bring my car in when they knew he would be there. No great surprise - they did not. If I didn't still have to get my tires serviced there, I would never set foot in this place again. An aside - the women they have working the phones/desk have always been very VERY nice and helpful, for what it's worth - unfortunately they aren't able to make any decisions in my favor!!
