This service department gave me a road side warranty after an oil change that was good for 90 days. 15 days after my oil change I fond a nail in my tire, I took my car to the service department and was told they have not had that warranty company in over 2 years and I would need to pay for the hole to be plugged. The service tech was very rude during this exchange that took about 45 minutes and I had a paper they gave me saying that I was covered for this very thing for 90 days past the date of my oil change. I told them I would go buy a plug kit for 5$ form Autozone and do it myself, they he said ok hold on we will plug it. So after 45 minutes of back and forth they took 5 minutes to plug my tire. This service department is very dishonest I would advise anyone to find a different place to have work don on their vehicles.

Mark was the best Sales Rep. I have done business with in my entire life. he was more concern about how comfortable I was thru the whole process the finance team did not let me leave until they knew I had the best deal and the best rate that I could get. I ended up leaving with an awesome rate a payment I can afford and if anything goes wrong with my car even the maintenance and the tires the rims all I have to do is bring it back because it's covered in my normal car payment. I even got Gap ins as well all in this one payment that was fully affordable for me. I purchased a Kia Soronto 2015 black I am very happy with it the whole team deserves an award or a raise or a pizza party or all the above. best experience I have had in my lifetime in purchasing a brand new car. the process did not take long at all to get the deal done it did not drag on for days. Good JOB BUTLER KIA (Indianapolis, Indiana) you guys are the best. :)

Came in and test drove a car. We made an offer over the phone later that day, they accepted our offer. We went in on the next business day and they sold the car out from under us!!! HORRIBLE way to do business!

I went to buy a 2011 Ford Fusion SEL from them. The price was very good. We worked it out where we got the price down to what I wanted. Dennis was very nice and patient while I test drove several different fusions. We settled on the price $13,500 after all dealer fees, licensing all those fees that are added on after the sale price. This was nailed down and was understood that was the only way I would go back to sign papers. When I went back to sign the papers I just so happened to be able to see his screen for a second as he turned it to show me different prices for the tire protection whatever. And it said the price was $13,800 total. I said thats not right. We agreed $13,500. He asked if that was approved by a manager, like I had control of who Dennis talked to. I said Dennis told me whoever he talked to said that was fine and proceed. He paged Dennis and tried to call him. We waited for about 30 minutes Dennis never came back. I had been car shopping for months and was just over it and ready to be done, so i agreed to their ridiculous scam of raising my price. After all said and done I walked out of the office and there was Dennis walking across the floor. So i stopped him and said I would like a full tank of gas to leave in. He said they didnt do that. I told him hey you guys screwed me out of $300 best thing you can do is give me a full tank. He asked what happened. I told him they were calling you but you never showed up to defend the price we previously talked about. He said okay sure and we went and filled the tank up. Whatever, I left feeling happy I finally got a new car even if I was screwed over. I have had 3 different items with the car fail so far. The Blind Spot alert system. and Cross traffic alert system. And my AC has stopped blowing cold only on passenger side. still icy on driver, but hot on passenger. I called service to see what we can do since i bought the car less than 6 months ago and things keep going wrong with it. THey said they can get it in a week from whenever. because saturdays it is just "light maintanence" I said free diagnosis correct? He said no. He said I would have to talk to Dennis about that. He transferred me to Dennis. I had to leave a message. And have not heard back. Living a busy work and personal life. I have not had time to drive the hour up there to see them personally. Or try and schedule anything.
