Our family had very specific needs when it came to getting a new minivan. We had grown tired of our 2012 Chrysler Town and Country Limited and wanted to go back to Toyota. Butler Toyota had the exact Sienna we were looking for as I was trying to take advantage of the 2015 leftovers as the 2016 are rolling out. There were approximately 5 other dealerships (besides Butler) in my 200 mile radius that had the minivan we were looking for. Of these, 2 others offered reasonable pricing. I contacted each. None were as easy to work with as Butler. I received prompt phone calls back with the information I needed. Susan Krystoforski, who handles internet sales at the dealership, is the best dealer I have ever worked with. She is very detail-oriented and got me a fair price for the car. In addition, I got the trade-in value I was looking for with the old minivan. Even though I was getting the car for a couple of hundred dollars less at another dealership, (which translated to an extra $4/month on my monthly payment-a premium I was happy to pay after dealing with the other dealerships) I decided to get the car at Butler given their professionalism and courteous service. Glad I made the 2 hour trip to get to Indianapolis. Would buy another car there without hesitation.

We got what we came for. They made a good deal that was right within our needs. The salesman Hugh Ryan did a great job getting us to the car we were looking for and spending the time and attention with us we needed to make the deal.
