It was a truly wonderful experience. We was end and out in under 2 hours. Wally was a very informative and kind person. The dealers wasn't pushy and helped every way they could. We made a deal and we was out with our first corvette. Would give them 6 stars if I could.

took my car in to have service for the seat heaters not working....appointment at 0800 in the morning and I had the car there by 0730 prior to the service department opening....when the department opened ( they didnt unlock the doors till 0735 even though there were 4 service persons in the office) the service personell then came out and were very rude.....( maybe they didnt get their coffee and donuts yet??? maybe???) the first service person came up to me and was writing down my problems ....then promptly told me they wouldnt be able to look at it till noon......ok....800am appt and they tell me they cant look at my car till noon??? wow....the first service person then handed off the worksheet to steve....wow...no personality or customer service....he asked me if i was staying to wait on the car.....when i told him i was...he INSISTED i take the shuttle home as it was going to be an extended time before the car would be looked at....ok ...again an 0800am appt...... steve told me it would be about noon before he knew and could have a person look at my car to see what was wrong.....so i did....I took the shuttle home ( one of the bright spots of this is the shuttle driver....very professional....he could teach the service personell some things) so i waited....1200noon came and went....1230pm i called the dealership....no answer....got the answering machine....left a message......1300 came ....called again....got the same answering machine ( guess the service personel dont return calls??? ) so i called the main number and asked for the service manager....the lady who answered put me on hold....then came back on told me the service manager was going to go find out what was wrong with my car by going to the tech ( guess the service personell dont communicate???) and the lady told me he would call me back.....I didnt get a call back....I called again at 1400 which I got to actually talk to the service manager eddie.....who told me then that no one.....NO ONE had looked at my car yet.....wow.....he then told me that the tech stated he needed 45 minutes to an hour to diagnose my cars problem.....ok....no one could have called me to tell me that my car wasnt going to be looked at for this long??? WOW what a 2 miniute call could have done huh??? so eddie told me he would call me back in an hour when he found out what was wrong....well guess what....1630 comes I HAVE TO CALL THE DEALERSHIP AGAIN ,,,I get michelle.... who promptly tells me when I tell her what I think of steve and the customer service at coggins....she tells me I am wrong about steve and coggins....really...after all this.... I had left multiple messages at steves phone....none ....no return calls until at 1650 pm I got a return call from eddie telling me what was wrong with my car....after 9 hours of no communication.....and he promptly tells me the part I need and tells me he has to get off the phone quickly because he only had 10 minutes to call to get the part to the dealership the next day as it is " one day away from the shop" during the call while I was actually getting information from eddie....steve called during that time and left a message....wow ....ok.....you think this through for yourself ....DO YOU WANT CUSTOMER SERVICE OR YOUR CAR OR YOURSELF TREATED LIKE THIS????? I think michelle is wrong

By far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Leased a new 2015 Tahoe in June, the saleman had a pre celebation going on right in front of me before we even had a deal. I was there at 10am & had a deal by noon. I had to leave to pick up my daughter and was to come right back & sign paper work which they were to have ready. I waited 3 hours to sign the paper work after I got there and became very sick while I was there & just wanted to leave. Tthey took the suv back because the check engine light came on to get it serviced & detailed, it was a bad sensor. At almost 7pm after sitting there sick the Salesman had me leave in a Camero, why he couldn't do that hours before is beyond me. When my husband called to check on the Tahoe the next morning the mechanic said the SUV was ready the day before, so obviously my salesman was to lazy to go check. I still do not have onstar set up and my salesman never went over the normal funtions of the vehicle. After having the vehicle a month I never recieved anything for fianancing, so I called my salesperson who assured me I did not deal with him, then realzied he did. "Just couldn't remember because he deals with too many people. He was extermly arrogant. " After a few days I received a call from GM Finacial, they said they were going to handle the lease and wanted to verify all of my information. Since I has not heard from anyone I asked for her number directly incase there was a from. She had said my payment was due on the 18th of July. On the 17th I still had no information so I called GM financial. She said the paper work was returned to Coggin because the price of the vehicle was way too high. Ok, so now I am paying too much to lease the Tahoe. I called Dale my salesperon, he once again did not remember me because he deals with way too many customers. I can undertand that he deals with too many but to be so arrogant and always stated I did not deal with him is very unprofessional. He said he would get with the finance manager and the finance manager would call me right back. This was before lunch and fianlly after 5pm he left me a voicemail. I called him back the next day and he did not even look up my information and gave me bogus information, telling me I a financed through Ally, etc. I had just received a letter from Ally saying they are sorry that they were unable to fiance me. I have called 3 times for a Manager, who is never in, but it is funny how Jack Wilson was able to call immediately after and speak to the Manager. Who assured her he would call me back and they would do everything to make me happy, it has been 3 days and no return call. I tired to call my salesman again & left him a message 3 hours ago, still no return call. Everyone is rude and nobody seems to be able to help you. On top of it the trade in fiance company e-mailed me saying I needed to make a payment. Nobody can tell me what is going on or give me the time of day. I just want out of this deal and to be able to go to another dealership.
