Was helped by Bill Park, Ron Moore, and Kyle Yates. From the start to the end of the sales, I was treated with the utmost respect and was treated like a person ...not just another sale. Was drawn to Speedway Auto Group, in Lansing Ks.., from the calls I had with Bill Park, He assured me that they would do everything in their power to get me in a new vehicle. Talking with me like a friend, instead of just a commission in his pocket. Was then sent to a gentleman named Ron Moore, who actually put the deal together and did what he could to make me drive away with New Vehicle. After several different ways of figuring out the "Best" way for me.. He offered to pay off my 2006 Kia spectra with the incentives I got back from the New Chrysler 200, and what was left over, would go toward the purchase of my new vehicle. So not only was I getting an awesome New Vehicle, but I got to keep the one I already had, and also got 0% Financing on the whole deal. After the deal was complete, we were referred to a gentleman named Kyle Yates, who talked with us the whole time the deal was being finalized. He also filled my vehicle with fuel, walked through a lot of Features that I would of had no clue how to use. I would refer anyone to Speedway Auto Group, and would back up anything they did. I respect all these men, and I think they all should be complimented on their "customer service" , and "Sales" experience, making what usually is a "Nightmare" be one of the most enjoyable experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Again, I cant say enough good things, but I will say... Bill Park, Ron Moore, and Kyle Yates...YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!!

My husband is a diehard Dodge man. In 2009 he purchased a Dodge Journey for me. Well, this past weekend I received a letter from Speedway stating they wanted and needed to purchase my Journey for their inventory. So, I called Mr. Holt Monday morning with many questions in regards to the letter. Satisfied with his answers, I scheduled an appointment for the following day at Speedway. I met Pat and Aaron upon my arrival in the service department. Any and every time I have come to the service dept. I am very satisfied with the service AND THE QUALITY OF WORK I receive. Pat introduced me to Mr. Kyle Yates. This youngman truly impressed me. One, he is well spoken, two, his IPC Skills (interpersonal communication) are exceptional and three, he is very formiliar with the Dodge Avenger. He anwsered all my questions. If he didn't know the answer, HE DID NOT MAKE SOMETHING UP, he went and found the answer for me. He also listened to me when I told him what I wanted in the vehicle I was looking for. I was very pleased with all the rebates offered on the Avenger, as well as the PRICE. The vehicle is for our son who is away at college. My son's only request was that the vehicle not be Hot Pink. I have to say this experience has been the best one I have had in along time. I can rest and know that when our son is driving home, he is driving a safe, dependable, reliable vehicle. It handles very well on the highway, gets GREAT gas mileage, looks great and our son is very happy with it. It is his 21st Birthday present. In closing, the overall friendlness of everyone at Speedway is so refreshing, not just because I purchased a new vehicle, but everytime I have come to the dealership. Highly recommend Speedway Dodge Chrysler Jeep.

We shopped around for a few weeks to find the best deal on a used minivan.Luckily we came across the deal at Speedway Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-Ram . They were wonderful from the very first phone call! i had a million questions that were answered in detail by the friendliest staff i have ever had the pleasure dealing with. They were all courteous and very helpful. Troy Johnson was our sales person. He was polite and friendly, and he made the process relaxed and easy. Once Troy helped us find the perfect vehicle for my family, the finance manager went out of his way to give us a great deal. He even managed to get us a lower payment AFTER we had already decided to buy the van!! We now have a very nice 2007 Chrysler Town and Country LX at a very low payment and with very little down. I will definitely be recommended them to friends and family. Overall it was a nice, clean dealership with a very friendly, helpful, professional staff. Im glad we found them!

Went to this dealership to make a same day purchase of a new SUV. Picked the SUV I was interested in and took it for a test drive. When it came to pricing they jumped to a higher priced model then my test drive model, which was the one realIy wanted to purchase. The sales associate then tried to pressure me into signing a paper agreeing to purchase this model if we could agree on price, which I found strange since they would not quote me a price. After many trips to "discuss" price with the "manager" and further attempts at getting me to sign this form, the sales associate said they would come down $500.00 off the MSRP, which was from the manufacturer was offering a $500.00 incentive, so they would not come down on the price one cent off MSRP. Their website states that you don't need to go to the "big city" dealers to get a better price, this is false. Visiting this dealership was a total waste of my time and very frustrating.

After my last car buying experience with a Kia dealer in Shawnee Mission, I was hesitant to look for another car. But since I hated the car I was in and I had it almost a year, I thought I would give it a shot. Due to the reviews I drove out of my area to this dealership. Brett was great and explained everything. I was willing to get into a car that had some miles on it and was not brand new. I knew whatever I did get I would be upside down due to horrible car I did have. Brett and the finance manager worked to get my payments in a reasonable range due to the other car... So I ended up with a Dodge Avenger 2013. More then what I expected. Only problem was I had to write a check for $185, that the finance manager promised he would not cash until I am paid again on May 10th. I hope he keeps his promise, due to the fact the only bad review I read about this company was them cashing a check too early when they promised they wouldn't and cost the person a lot of over draft charges. It is that 1% deceit that can ruin a perfectly good car sale. And if he does cash the check before hand, I'll be on every car review and make sure that every person I work with will not go to this place. We will see, if they keep their promise I'll be back on here and take all this off. They really did seem like a dealer for the customer and I would hate to be disappointed. Brett was great though!!
