This was my first purchase from Ladd Hanford. Prior to doing business here we were loyal to another dealership that recently had a full staffing change which lead to an unfriendly experience. My family needed to purchase a vehicle large enough for our two children, with the expectation of our newest addition in a few weeks. Scott Keath was extremely patient with us (we had our two children with us) and more than accommodating. He spent several hours showing us vehicles that would not only work with our budget, but for our expanding family as well. The day we visited the dealership was a soaker, but that didn't stop Scott from showing us several different vehicles from minivans to SUVs, all while getting soaked. Once we finally decided on the right vehicle, a 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan, Scott patiently helped us apply for financing. Gary Deibert was also extremely patient and willing to make the best deal for our family. The process was completed with Carter McCue. My husband and I are not new to car buying, and we look for dealerships to which we can be loyal. The experience with Ladd Hanford exceeded our expectations in such a way that we have now found our new dealership!

This is the second vehicle I've purchased in the past 10 years and I've been very satisfied on both occasions. My first was a used Town & Country with low mileage and, most recently, a 2015 Grand Caravan. Scott has always gone the extra mile in getting me the vehicle I wanted at a fair price. Chris (in finance) was excellent as well in expediting the paperwork processes necessary for both purchases. I continue to recommend LH to my friends and family, and will return to LH first for my next vehicle purchase.
