My experience at Jack Miller Kia was WONDERFUL!! The most pleasant part was being able to work with sales associate *TERRY HOUGHTON*!!! Terry made car shopping very enjoyable. Terry is very personable and not your typical pushy salesman. I let him know immediately that I was not purchasing a car that day, but I was very serious about it depending on how my experience went. Terry was understanding and was more than willing to help. After devoting roughly 7 hours of his time to assisting me in finding my perfect match, I found my 2016 Kia Sorento LX. Needless to say Terry went above and beyond all of my expectations. I mean, how many people would spend that kind of time helping you knowing that they weren't making a sale that day?? After a few test drives and looking at EVERY model with the specs that I wanted (and within my price range) I narrowed it down to the one I wanted....well, at least I thought. So, Terry sent me home in that car and after sleeping on it, I went back today and changed my mind on that color. After debating on the color and still having no final decision I had Terry tell me the mileage on each one and chose from there. Mind you that all of these cars were not on the same lot, so Terry got his exercise in yesterday and never once did he seem frustrated or annoyed by my requests and 8,000 questions. This time and dedication showed me that Terry was genuinely concerned about me and what I wanted and not just the money. I appreciate that more than anything. Too bad Van Chevrolet, Shawnee Mission Ford, and Carmax couldn't be as helpful. The point of this big long rambling mess is to tell you to BUY FROM JACK MILLER KIA - Terry Houghton will change your mind on the typical salesman stereotype.

We've worked with Jack Miller Kia in the past. Had an awesome Sorento, then a Soul, and now a 2011 Ford Escape. Our Soul was totaled in April when a Ford Explorer landed on top of it--literally. My husband does roadside assistance throughout the metro, so we needed another good, DEPENDABLE vehicle for him to drive in. The Soul was perfect for us, but we wanted something different. We checked out a Ford dealership in Wyandotte county and were screwed in so many ways. Long story short, we ended up in a lemon from that dealership and right back to square one--needing a good dependable vehicle. That's when Sal & Greg and Jack Miller Kia stepped in. We went to look at our options, as we have less than good credit. We knew they were limited, but we also felt confident in that we wouldn't be bullied like we were with the other dealership. We told Sal what we were interested in--an SUV was definite preferred, but we could settle with another Soul. Sal took us to a 2011 Ford Escape that was just traded in, hadn't even been cleaned up yet. The price was perfect, the mileage was great, and the gas consumption is even better because it's a manual. We finally found a car that will work for my family for many years to come! Thank you, Greg & Sal, for all of your hard work with us. I know it wasn't easy, but I am so glad you guys gave us a chance and got us into something that we could rely on. I still haven't learned to drive it, but I'm sure one day I won't have much choice :) I will be sending all of my friends to Jack Miller Kia in the future!
