I really think the title says it all. My beloved vehicle died. I needed a car. I drive about 2 dozen cars in about 6 other dealerships before I went to Steingold. I drove one car there and now it is my new car. The people were kind, honest and not at all aggressive. The car sold itself without paragraphs of pushy sales pitch. I had a very nice morning there and a wonderful experience buying a car.

These guys are great. I went in there having recently came out of a dealership that felt very sleazy. I only went in because I read their great reviews so I went in hoping it was true. And it was. Nobody talked about numbers, no pressure, none of the "what does it take to get you in this car?" games. Stephen was extremely nice, and he was so low pressured I actually wanted to and ended up getting a car from him when I did not originally intend to get a car that day. This is a family owned dealership - not some large dealership where the employees get paid regardless of what happens. In a family dealership, customer service matters, customers matters, because customers are the lifeblood of the place. These guys definitely reflect that in their approach - they are more concerned with helping you than getting your money. But in the end, dollars are votes, and I felt comfortable with their approach so I ended up voting with my feet! ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND VISITING THEM IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING A VOLVO.

Stephen and Michael were friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating while providing me with an efficient and enjoyable buying experience. They both stayed late to get the paperwork completed so that I could drive the car home that evening. Never enjoyed buying a car until I went to Steingold. Thanks Stephen and Michael!

My husband & I have been purchasing cars together since 1970. We always research carefully and come to the dealership pretty much knowing what we want to pay for a vehicle. My husband handles the transaction and is considered a "hard bargainer". In the past I have found these transactions very stressful, with much running back & forth to "check with my manager", and numerous silent pauses and in one case, walking out of the dealership and being chased down by the salesperson. Another event involved the salesperson taking $150.00 dollars from his own wallet in an effort to close the deal - we took the money & made the deal. While somewhat amusing I find these actions totally unnecessary. This was proven by our experience with Michael at Steingold Volvo. A relaxed atmosphere, knowledgeable, competent & curteous salesperson all contributed to a thoroughly enjoyable experience. While still "learning our vehicle" we are more that pleased with the entire process.
