I love Centennial Imports! I bought my new Volvo C30 5 yrs ago from there. I didn't feel right looking at other dealerships to buy another car. For 5 yrs I have received above & beyond what I ever would have expected from a dealer- super friendliness, service, and warranty updates,etc. Pat K. Is my "personal" service advisor. I trust him so much and he always goes the extra mile and then some! He is the reason I got my new 2011 Volvo C30 from Cenntennial in May 2010. He's the major reason I bought another Volvo yesterday from Centennial Imports! I would have felt like a traitor to buy elsewhere. And if I bought elsewhere, I wouldn't have Pat anymore! Not only is buying a car a big deal but knowing who would care for it for many years is an even bigger deal to me. I trust Pat's opinion and know that he has done a great job since I have known him for 5 yrs. Also, Pat was awesome in getting me a loaner car at times or having the chauffeur drive me home. Chief was the one who had driven me home a few times.Sadly, he recently passed away and I will miss him. He was a character! He was so important to Centennial customers and his co-workers. I think Mary is the lady who also does the job like Chief.She is very nice. ***Now, I can't forget my wonderful salesman, Paul C.! He sold me my first car- the C30, and I wanted him for the car I bought yesterday- Volvo XC60 2014 certified preowned. It was like a family reunion working with Paul again. He is a very personable and knowledgeable salesman with many years of experience at Centennial.I can't say enough praise about Paul.He's so thoughtful and caring! Brent C. is the finance guy. I had met him previously a few months ago- he's so nice and witty. He handled all the details with such professionalism.He made the process much less painful than we thought it would be, everything went smoothly! Ben used to do the job Brent has when I bought my C30. I met with him recently and discussed an extended warranty on my C30. He is super friendly and extremely helpful. There are numerous other folks at Centennial that are integral also to this dealership. I especially love to hear the friendly voice of Lori, the receptionist that answers the phone. She is so pleasant as well as helpful. I have called numerous times and she is always upbeat and seems to love her job. Personally, I know she cares for the customer, she too goes the extra mile! Also, Larry, in the preowned cars sales department, was so helpful to me on the phone recently and graciously offered information to help me in my decision to come see the car I liked on Centennial's website. He let me know that my original new car salesman, Paul, would be able to sell me the preowned car. So Larry was not greedy in wanting a sale for himself- he shared with me about the "open floor" policy. I never got to personally meet Larry but I know he is an upstanding man of character just from our conversation on the phone. David is another salesman I met a couple of months ago. I was waiting on my C30's service and had a enjoyable conversation with David while I killed time in the showroom. I spoke with him yesterday too when I saw him on the sales floor.He's a super friendly guy and also an asset to the dealership. Oh, I can't forget to mention the people behind the scene doing the car washing and detailing. I have had my C-30 detailed extra by them.several times.They always did an awesome job of cleaning and spiffing up my car.Also, there are hard-working mechanics that kept my C-30 running smoothly and therefore safe for me to drive. Without a doubt, I know they will do the same for my new preowned Volvo XC60. The cashiers are also very friendly. Jacques, the owner of Centennial,has done a wonderful job of hiring great people who care about his dealership.He obviously has all the right skill sets to be a wonderful leader that is respected by his many employees! I have never met him, but maybe some day.Thank you, Jacques, for providing a quality car dealership that offers a personal relationship with your customers. NancyW

It is very refreshing to find a dealership that treats the customer as well as Centennial Motors does. Most recently, the convertible roof on my daughter's Mercedes CLK430 stopped working in the down position. Fearing rain, I traded cars with her, and early on a Monday morning I took a chance and dropped her CLK off at Centennial. My regular service advisor, John Cary, was out of the office but the service manager, Roger Hosmer, personally took care of me and got me a loaner to help get me back on my way to work. I know that this service is not always available - especially without any prior notice - but I sincerely appreciate the personal efforts that he took to make this happen. It always impresses me that the guys at Centennial treat you the same whether you show up in a 12 year old CLK or and brand new AMG Black Series. The next day John gave me a phone call to debrief me on the problem and what the potential cost to repair would be. He also looked for available discounts (to include military) to help ensure that I was getting the best service at the lowest price possible. To my surprise he had my car ready for pick up the very next day at a very reasonable price. Owning a used Mercedes will undoubtable require more service than a brand new Mercedes but the guys at Centennial do their best to ensure that you can enjoy your classic without costing you and arm and a leg.
