We purchased a 2006 Nissan Altima with no hassle and no pressure, mgr and salesman were professional and friendly. My only complaint is 2 months after buying the car (driven less than 2000 miles) , we had to put the vehicle in the shop for brake repairs, catalytic converter replacement, and busted a/c compressor...estimated cost $3000+.

I bought a 2012 Honda Civic from Haley Certified, and I am very happy with my purchase. I'd planned to check out several cars while I was there, but the 2012 Honda Civic was the one I really wanted. After test driving it, I knew it was the one - so I bought it. Sean Corbett helped me so much during my test drive - I was used to a much older basic car, and he guided me expertly through the process of driving a newer car. The man is good at what he does. I really want to commend Mr. Corbett. When I got out of my car, and he was there with a big smile and a handshake. He guided me through most of my purchase, and I couldn't have asked for a better person to deal with during the process. He is a personable and charming guy, and he explained everything to me thoroughly and with a sense of humor. The entire process went quickly and smoothly, and Mr. Corbett's personality helped greatly. I'd also like to commend Rand Hargrave, who explained the financing in a way that even I understood - a really nice guy who does his job well. Allen Wines, the General Manager, was at the front desk; we laughed about the odd color names cars are given. He's another friendly, personable guy. Two friends at work bought cars from Haley Certified, and both recommended the place highly. One of them is a real stickler about every little detail, and she's been recommending you to everyone at work. If you made her happy, then you are surely doing something right! I'll be joining her in touting their praises.

Upfront, honest, concerned about what I needed from a salesperson made the decision to buy at Haley so simple. Everyone was friendly. I have only had this type of experience when dealing with Haley Toyota and will continue to go there. Who can ask for anything more? Toyota. Always going the extra mile.

***The service dept for this dealership is full of crap, do not do service with them!!*** I was offered a service by this dealership in January 2014 that was supposed to be covered by a recall. The day I had my car taken in (February 2014) to get this service done my husband was advised that the recall had expired EARLY LAST YEAR and they could not correct the issue at this time. They would of course been happy to fix it had it been on my dime but they were unwilling to fix it via the recall. I spoke with the service tech who offered this service (side note: this tech spoke to me several minutes before identifying he was in fact the tech who offered me the service originally. Why so sneaky??) to me and he admitted on the phone to me and in front of my husbands face that yes he had offered to have the work covered however it was an error. The service tech and manager went out of their way to print paperwork showing the recall expired but to me that doesn't matter. You offered a service to me, you verbally confirmed you offered this service but now you just want to leave me hanging saying "An error was made." I don't care what error was done, you still told a customer you would do something and now your flaking out. I have worked in customer service for years and if you offer a customer something YOU HONOR IT. It doesn't matter what has to take place on the back end you make it happen. To have this dealership offer a service, call me several times on the phone to get me back in for said service and then cop a plea when I'm there? RIDICULOUS. If they can't stand by their word then I can't support them as a customer. It was a poor experience and I will never deal with this dealership again. Oh and the cherry on the sundae: the service tech got mad that we pulled our car out of line from getting other services done and began bashing the other Toyota dealership we said it would be taken to. Real professional guys!
