Went to Mohawk Honda after hearing several positive experiences and wanting to try a different dealer than the huge man. Was totally impressed with our sales person Jason. We were on the lot for about twenty minutes before he approached us. He talked with us like we were actually people and not just another number in an attempt to sell a car. He worked with us on our budget and what our max budget was. Everything was fine until my wife and I went in to talk with finance . After discussing with our sales guy Jason. This guy just kept trying to increase our max budget. We were as quickly turned off to this experience but we pushed forward. It was almost as if he wasn't listening to us and our budget needs. Basically that's how we both felt. Some minor glitches on the paperwork but finally were able to finalize our purchase. Would go back to see Jason in a heartbeat. But the finance part leaves me scratching my head if I'd go back

I'm very particular when it comes to purchasing an automobile; I want all incentives available to me and within my budget. I was encouraged to visit Mohawk Honda via phone conservation with Tricia ;however I was shocked that upon arrival maybe three hours before closing; I left Mohawk Honda with the exact vehicle (make , model, color etc..) that " I wanted" which was unavailable at surrounding dealerships which I traveled to while burning gas and adding mileage to my trade-in. The courteous and patient members of the Mohawk Honda Team; Tricia, Linda and Dustin made this happen for me and I once again thank them. Mike J
