I requested information online about a truck, Cheyenne got back with me quickly and seemed very pleasant. Sent me several options. Narrowed my choice down and started discussing final price with her. She told me my OTD price was going to be within $500 of what I had asked for, then said if I could qualify for a certain rebate that would help.. The next day she says if I don't qualify price would be $500 higher than the max she told me the night before. then argued with me that my trade in was them "coming off" the price of the truck. The next day Derrick Greene emails me and tells me my price with rebate is the price Cheyenne told me my price was WITHOUT the rebate and the Price without the rebate was now $2000 higher than that! He says what she told must be some type of mix up, and he couldn't find the emails between me and Cheyenne that proved what she said! I sent them to him and told him I found a newer truck for the original price Cheyenne gave me. TERRIBLE!!! They kept trying to raise the price, would not buy from them!

Tried to buy a truck from them and was lied to. Management is a joke at this dealership. I asked multiple times for a sales person to walk around the truck and tell me about any dents or scratches. Both times I was told it looks clean. I then told them I wanted to buy the truck and wanted to proceed with paperwork and that I would be down to finalize in two days. I was then told that they cannot save the truck for anyone and if someone comes in they will sell it. Won't even park it around back for me because two days of not having it out would be unacceptable. I even offered to pay out of pocket for a bedliner to show I wanted the truck. Still "no" is all I got. So that brings us to the day I show up to purchase the truck as it didn't sell over the weekend. I drove 5 hours from home to come get this truck with down payment in hand and another person to drive it back. Look the truck over and the tailgate is scratched beyond touching up and the previous owner had backed into something and pushed the bumper in caving in part of the quarter panel..... They only replaced the bumper... NONE OF THIS WAS EVER EXPRESSED TO ME AT ANY POINT. Car fax showed no wreck. Thru this process I have asked to speak with the GM two different times before I found the damage and was denied both times. After pointing out the $2,000+ worth of damage management still wouldn't talk to me. They wouldn't work on a new price and pretty much acted like they wanted nothing to do with me. Thanks for letting me drive 5 hours to see that a "clean" vehicle was actually damaged. Bottom line I just want to say THANK YOU to fowler Chevrolet for being so shitty at your job and reluctant to sell a truck (which your job is to sell vehicles). Saved me the cost of a bed liner and giving my business to you. Honesty, try it. Hope you hire some new management soon.

Blue eyed older salesman (name unknown) used the curse "xxx" while talking finances. Customer asked to pay high monthly payment $Xxx.xx for a $Xxxx.xx vehicle. Finance denied. "The 'bank' wont allow it." Customer left, stating denial of purchase and that was that, thanks anyway. Hours later, Fowler salesman telephoned customer with suggestion of different monthly payment. "Lower $xxx.xx?" "GOD, no, $xx.xx" Was his actual response!!!!! Unheard of! AND NOT JUST THE FACT OF THE PRICE, but the use of God's name in vain! Highly UNPROFESSIONAL dealership, customer scarred for life from this Fowler Chevrolet dealership experience. Will never recommend nor visit Fowler Chevrolet of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma again! If asked, will WARN potential customers!

I have had some questions about a truck that had purchased. I had asked not to have the extra's added (antitheft etc,) I have been hung up on, insulted, had family members insulted, no one returns calls and the most important they seem to think it is OK to speak to people as if they are idiots. This has been from receptionist to finance. I was told I could not speak to manager. Do not go here.

Was looking for a truck online to replace my 10 year old Chevrolet Silverado, when I found one with everything I was looking for. It listed the MSRP sticker price, and the internet privewhich was $5,500 off. Well I had sent an email, stating that I was interested in it and within 5 minutes, had an email, followed by a call from Casilyn, Fowler Chevrolet. Casilyn asked if I had any questions, but the website answered everything, and suggested that she set up a test drive of the new Silverado. I set it up for Saturday, this call was on Thursday night. Had a text confirmation the next day and again on Saturday morning. Arrived at 10:00 AM Saturday, asked for Randy, and said to give him a moment and he would have the Silverado up at the door for my test drive. Took the truck out, drove great, looked great, and like I ststed before was everything I was looking for. Got back to Fowler, and started the negotiation. Finally arrived at a price I had already in mind, interest price and monthly payments. Delt with Mohammad, credit, very nice guy, who wanted to sell us the gap protection...which I had said no to. He said give me a moment and within 3 minutes, gave me the gap protection, lowered my payment, even lower than had originally agreed to. Fowler goes beyond what I expected. Once done with all the paper work, met with Randy again, walked out to the just washed, fully fueled, and went over everything on the truck, to insure I knew how everything worked. Would recommend Fowler Chevrolet, Randy, and Mohammed, to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle.
