from a communicative perspective there is not enough continuity great first impression until the sale is made and it all falls apart there after no communication between service and sale preparation of your vehicles before sale is paramount and this does not happened the inconvenience to the client seem to be the order needs enormous work to improve and find a better way to enhance the experience this is my 3rd purchase within the last 2.5 years and it has not improved

Repeatedly now, for the last month or so, the operator when you call the dealership, does not introduce themselves, if the service person you are calling for is not at their desk, they say "Dan is not at his desk". OK! This is not very helpful. Is it just so strange now. Dan Willing is fantastic but the operators....not so much. I would like: Good morning! Thank you for calling Mercedes Benz of Tampa Bay.
