Everyone knows the hassle with buying a car. However, Noah went above and beyond any expectations that I had to make sure I got the exact car I wanted and did not pressure or insist like other dealerships. Make sure you ask for Noah! The entire staff at the Tampa site are friendly and amiable, but Noah really seemed genuine and not like he was just trying to sell a car. Great guy, great dealership, extremely satisfied with my experience.

Mercedes-Benz of Tampa is awesome! Three years ago when we bought my husbands car we had such a great experience that when it came time for me a new car, I didn't want to look anywhere else. It started about a year ago when I went in just to look around. I was met by Mr.Morgan Gall and even though I wasn't going to buy a car that day, he still took the time to take me on a couple of test drives, no pressure. When it was time for me to order my C300 I talked to Mr Gall on the phone and he explained that he was out of town but that the entire sales staff at Mercedes-Benz of Tampa is just as knowledgeable and professional. And he wasn't wrong. Mr. Gall introduced me to Mr Robert Weisgal. We talked for a bit then Robert took me on another test drive. I was so blown away by Robert's knowledge and professional no pressure demeanor that we sat down and I ordered my car that day. Robert kept me up to date via texts and emails as to when my car was to start production, when it was finished, and when it was assigned a transport. When we went in to pick it up I think Robert was just as excited to show my car to me as I was to see it. It was the best experience and I love my car. Mercedes of Tampa is at the epitome of a customer-oriented operation. At every step, from the minute I first contacted them via email until we drove off in our new C300, the staff exceeded my expectations. It started with Kevin Cao, our salesman, who was helpful, engaged, and always straightforward. Julian Burt, the internet sales manager was also great to work with, as were the parts manager and vehicle concierge staff. There are closer MB dealers to our location (Sarasota), but there is none better.
