I had my previous car for over 8 years, which means that I was a little rusty when it came to buying a new car. Kevin Cao at Mercedes Benz of Tampa, not only did an amazing job at explaining everything in detail but made the experience extremely easy for me. He really listened to what I wanted and didn't try to sell anything I wasn't interested in. He made the experience pain free and very enjoyable. In no time I got the car I wanted, the numbers I wanted and was driving out in my new car. The whole team starting with Kevin, his manager Ron and Adam in Finance did a great job to make me feel like home. I know that from now on I will not buy another car anywhere besides Mercedes Benz Tampa and from Kevin Cao.

We originally came into this dealership to look at a certain model so we could finalize our decision to lease another car in a few months but 3 hours after our arrival, we ended up leaving with an amazing car and a great experience. We had the pleasure of working with Tobias Czock and he definitely changed my stereotypical image of a car sales person! Not only was he profoundly knowledgeable with our questions regarding aesthetic options but also reassuring in explaining the aspects of the safety features and engine performance capabilities. At no time what so ever did we feel rushed or pressured into making a decision and all of our questions/concerns were answered and taken care of in a precise fashion and adequate time frame. We also decided on purchasing the maintenance and service package after acknowledging the quality and ethical work the team at Tampa provides. I will continue to look forward in dealing with Mercedes-Benz of Tampa and recommend this dealership to everyone.
