Mr. Robinson was not an old seasoned salesman, but he was courteous and personable. He answered my questions directly, if he did not know the answer, he inquired immediately. I know a salesman should go above and beyond the call of duty, to close a deal; and he did his job. My wife said he was friendly and polite when he arrived at our home, to pick her up. My wife was not with me when I initially went to inquire about trading the 2013 Elantra. I anticipate him getting better at his job.

Working with Courtesy Hyundai was extremely easy. I went through TrueCar to receive quotes and Nicole got back to me very promptly with a complete quote. Their price was by far the best offer I received and best customer service. Nicole checked in on me frequently to see if there was anything else she could do to help me but was not overbearing in the slightest. I wanted to go into the dealership and it happened to be Nicole's day off so she set up an appointment with Jagsil for me. Jagsil was very helpful and informative when showing me the car. Overall a great experience.
