I found exactly the car I was looking for on their website and was there the next morning for a test drive. Although this was my first time buying a car, the staff was very friendly and helped me through the car buying process. The finance department helped me get a low APR and a fantastic warranty. Overall, it was a great experience.

I was servicing a 2009 Ford Flex with a known history of this part breaking. The ENTIRE Fan and relay assembly was changed for almost $700 in 2013 which died the beginning of 2016. Not under warranty I paid some $380 for a relay plugged it in to see if the fans worked which they did not. So I purchased the entire assembly fans, relay, shroud and was told by staff that I could return the relay. When I did (within the 10 day period) they, several staff up unto the general manager of Currie Ford, says that I can not return the part because I installed it. IT WAS NOT INSTALLED. It was plugged in and did not solve the problem. Installing requires a whole lot more than plugged in to find out the whole assembly is blown. The reality is that no, I CAN'T just tow a car across town just to be told it is going to cost another $600 in over priced parts and labor. This was already done in 2013 and we see what Approved Genuine Ford Parts have given us. They can't even warranty their own parts for more than a year when Auto Zone has a lifetime on the same exact part. No, they just don't want to part with $380 on what should have been their garbage working in the first place. I understand both sides of the argument yet despite being sold an assembly in 2013 that could not even last more than 2 years you would expect a level of understanding. Yes, I have understanding yet sorry, it's out of my hands is the word of the day. Same goes for corporate, sorry...Each franchise is different. We have no control. Sorry, Sorry, Sorry, We can't, we don't...... A lot of sorry going around over a car with a history of defects. I had a Ford Van with the same transmission problem over two generations. Interesting how Ford has these problems yet sorry when it comes to your satisfaction. Believe me I am sharing this story across the internet until I have the part returned for a refund. Nothing more, nothing ripped off, just what's due me. If Ford vehicles were so great then the whole world would be after them but we found out when push comes to shove that Ford only cares about customer satisfaction when the economy is down. Now that things are picking up in the United States it's business as usual. I am a US Army Veteran and a Free and Accepted Mason. It shames me that this is the country I fought for to allow businesses a to walk over it's customers when it becomes too big to fail and you have no regress of grievances. As a follow up, After speaking with Tim Joslin, General Manager of Currie Ford, he made a command decision to refund the price of the part. My dealings with civilian life has left me with a bad taste in my mouth and I should have known that Tim being former military and someone with integrity would square things away. I believe that he will take care of any grievance with a fair and honest objective. Kevin was doing his job as head of his department and he did not do it in a nasty way, he just didn't give me the answer I wanted to hear. You have to respect that he is doing his job and looking out for the company as well as the customers. Lesson to be learned, people don't always do things out of malice and sometimes you just have to let the system follow it's course. I will also update my rating of Currie Ford because my dealing with them apparently wasn't complete with my first impressions. .

Not pushy, but very attentative to what specific kind of car I was ready to purchase. We looked at other cars within the area, but came back to Bill Currie's dealership to purchase the vehicle.
