My husband and I have been looking for the right Enclave for almost a year. Normally I enjoy looking for a new vehicle, but having to deal with sales people had really given me a bad impression of all car dealerships. Driving by Century Buick, I saw an Enclave that I thought I might be interested in and stopped in by myself. I wasn't immediately attacked so I went inside and expressed my interest in the vehicle and requested a sales person that didn't mind working with women (actually what I said was "who doesn't think all women are stupid"). They provided the perfect sales person (Casey Bauer) that answered my questions, wasn't pushy, was very knowledgeable and actually made the buying experience somewhat enjoyable. The sales team provided detailed financial information in a friendly and informative manner, therefore, a deal was made to our mutual satisfaction. I was also impressed with how quickly the financial paperwork was processed. Three months earlier, we had purchased a car where it took almost (5) hours to complete the paperwork. At Century Buick, the paperwork was processed in less than (45) minutes. I highly recommend Century Buick and anticipate their service department will be as accommodating when needed.

We bought a brand new 2015 GMC Sierra 3500 Denali in October 2015, and the experience was pretty good. So we went back last month to purchase a Certified pre-owned Buick LaCrosse, and that's when Century began to show their true colors. The sales team was great, but things fell apart when we moved back to the finance team to close the deal. Tony attempted to slide in tons of extras that we didn't want, making it appear that it was necessary to close the deal. The extras included GAP insurance and extended warranty's etc. These were simply quietly "INSERTED" into the deal until noticed at signing. As if that wasn't offensive enough, they convinced us to go ahead and close the deal right away agreeing that they would hold our check until our tax return arrived which was due to arrive very soon. They promised that they would not submit it until they heard from us, so we foolishly trusted them at their word. Sadly, the check was submitted it anyways. It was a large check, and it bounced 3 times, quickly racking up $105 in fees with our bank. When we discovered the transactions and notified them, they nicely sent a letter to our bank admitting their mistake and asked they refund the fees (I have a copy of the letter but I don't see a way to upload it here). The bank only gave us a $35 credit. Century Buick GMC is now refusing to make good on the remaining $70 of fees incurred, saying they "don't have a pool of money just laying around for this kind of thing"... frankly, neither do we! After repeated calls, they implied that we should never have given them the check in the first place (don't forget, that I still have that copy of the signed letter on their letter head that they sent to our bank). All told, we purchased ~$90,000 in cars from them since last October. This is how they treat us. I suppose they must have been bitter because we didn't blindly fall for their add-ons... who knows? Nuts! STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!

We knew we were in the right place right away. All of the personnel from sales,finance,service and management did everything bring us into their family. It is an understatement to say it was the best. Our salesperson Charles Browning was very knowledgeable regarding all vehicles at the dealership. It didn't take him long to put us in the Buick Enclave. We were a little apprehensive regarding finance, however Hiram the manager chose to consider our request to bring our salesman, Charles accompany us just for our comfort. Don and Tony in finance helped to shorten the process and we were in and out with full understanding of the financing we chose. It doesn't stop there,we requested some after purchase additions. Parts, Neil and Tony had our vehicle cared for in a very short time. Our salesman Charles called almost daily to see our needs were met and we were happy. He took the time to familiarize us with all the new features making sure we knew how our Enclave served us in so many ways. We are being treated as family treated to coffee, tea, hot chocolate and water by any salesperson that passed our way. The additional salespeople made certain that we were aware of all creatures comforts to make any wait time pleasurable. The movie theater, WiFi, and fitness gym are always open for our use whenever we are at Century Buick. The amount we spent was far less than expected, who would belive that,it is true!

Nice Dealership, (have a movie theater, salon, and Gym on site for patrons!), No pressure sales. Paid a fair price and was an over all good experience. We'd definitely purchase future vehicles there and recommend to friends and family.

Not helpful, liars, won't work with you on pricing. If you come with your own finance company they going to treat you like xxxx and ain't going to want to work with you.
