Most dealships have a disgusting reputation and the industry as a whole has a bad name. It is people like Fadi that can actually revive the industry and hopefully regain its level of respect that it deserves. I have never been dealt with the utmost sincerity and integrity that Fadi has offered me. He truly is one of a kind. Many dealerships could learn a thing or two from lower level management in order to increase revenue, sales, retention ratios etc.... by simply trying to understand what truly ticks customers and how to have them engaged fully. I thank Infiniti of Tampa for allowing me the experience of a lifetime of actually feeling appreciated as a customer and catered to. Whatever you guys have trained Fadi you have done a magnificent job and he has pleased me and many many others. Thank you Infiniti of Tampa.

I took my 2014 Q50 Sport Hybrid in for its first service. Eddie Diaz has been my service advisor for my last three vehicles. I can call Eddie and ask for help getting my car in for service or repair and I have NEVER had an issue. All repairs and service that I have had were all done right the first time. Ask for Paul in the service department. He will always go the extra mile to make sure you are fully satisfied. He remembers his clients by name, always makes sure to give me new windshield wipers, and is super friendly. I didn't not purchase my Infiniti here, but I'll always come for service.

I took my vehicle into Infiniti of Tampa because it was randomly stalling while driving. The check engine light came on so I took it to get scanned. The computer came back with a bad cam shaft position sensor in banks 1 &2. So i schedule an appointment and bring my car in the next day. In between then my check engine light goes off but the car continues to stall randomly while driving down the road. Long story short the car spent the better part of 2 months at Infiniti of Tampa, every time they had the vehicle the claimed they could not replicate the vehicle stalling or get a reading off the computer as to what's wrong yet one of the times my wife picked the vehicle up the check engine light was on and when she mentioned it to them they claimed it was because we hadn't used an Infiniti OEM oil filter when changing the oil which didn't fix the problem. the next step was them replacing the ECU and the throttle body because they claimed that a bad computer on the throttle body caused the ECU to go bad. That did not work and I had the orginal parts put back on because they were not bad. The next time it went in they claimed they had a "specialist" there that had come in from Infiniti because they were unveiling a new vehicle, this too proved to be unsuccessful in fixing the stalling issue even though they claimed to have actually replaced the cam shaft position sensors for "free" as a courtesy. After that we were told they would not work on the vehicle without us speaking to Infiniti consumer affairs before bringing it in. The vehicle went in one more time after that and they were still unable to fix the issue. So a month or so after that I took my vehicle to Hillsborough Tire and Wheel. Within a few hours the had called me and told me that my cam shaft position sensors were bad and needed replacing. $25 a piece for the sensors and a few dollars in labor and the vehicle has ran like a dream since then and the mechanic who did the work gave me the old sensors out of the car and it turned out Infiniti of Tampa never replaced them when they said they did, they were the original OEM sensors that came with the vehicle(which I still have). I would just like to express my sincerest thanks to Infiniti of Tampa for charging me approximately $3000 in parts and labor and achieve 0 results. The best part was the mechanic that was working on the vehicle the whole time was trying to purchase it from my wife and I every time we saw him, my guess is he knew it was a cheap fix from the get go. This is quite possible the worst Infiniti dealership in the state of Florida I do not recommend buying a vehicle from them much less having them change your oil, you may end up paying a lot more for parts that aren't broken.

I called the service department at 9:30 on a Monday morning and was able to get an appointment for my FX37 for 2:00 that afternoon for regular scheduled maintenance. I arrived at 1:45 and was greeted by Kevin, who got my car into service immediately. Infiniti of Tampa has an extremely nice and clean waiting area for service customers. I took advantage of their free snack bar. The young man running the snack bar was extremely polite and very helpful. He also indicated that he was part of program for helping Autistic adults. I am glad to see that this dealership is sincere about giving back to the community. Kevin came in twice to give me updates on the car and to see if I needed anything while I waited. When it came time to checkout, he had all of the paperwork completed and explained what they had done. He made a couple of recommendations for future repairs, but did not pressure me to get them done immediately. I signed the paperwork, paid and was out the door ver quickly. I would recommend Infiniti of Tampa to anyone who owns and Infiniti. i
