I have an older Honda CR-V, and I regularly get it serviced at the dealership because they are so helpful. I've never had a problem with them. They consistently do a great job, and they're very accurate estimating how much time it's going to take to service my car. They may be slightly more expensive than non-dealership service centers, but honestly, they do such a good job that it's worth it to me to spend an extra $5-10 on an oil change.

After having extremely poor service from Jim Glover the night before, we drove into South Pointe Honda and were greeted by Jay Hamblin. Jay was awesome! We told him exactly what color and model we were looking for. They didn't have white so Jay took a chance and drove out the silver CRV. We loved it!!! Jay was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and super friendly. We DEFINITELY recommend you visit the friendly staff at South Pointe Honda. Looking forward to purchasing another Honda in the future.

I have a 2012 Honda Civic purchase brand new from them and this is the second time one of the lug nut stud has broken on me. The first time they replace it for me free of charge to warranty. The stud was not completely broken off but you can tell it was crack half way. This time the stud feels like it will bust if I torque it down to spec. Took the car in and the "TECH" told me that the stud was bent which I called BS because if it was, there was no way I can hand tight the nut back onto the stud due to such a tight clearance the wheel xxxx have. They would not cover this because I did not ever taken the car in for service. Told the service director that the service manual recommend 80 ft/lb for the lug nut and the material Honda use for these stud does not sustain to the torque spec. I ask the service director that they have replace it in the pass and now they won't? His response was because he didn't make that call and if it was him then, he would have not done it. Way to go to make a customer happy and bring in business. Plus the car has last than 30,000 miles and it's not even three years old yet. It would be my fault if I over tighten it and broke the stud off but in this case. They use xxxxx material that do not withstand their torque specifications. I own three Honda and this is the first one I bought new and I will never purchase from them ever again. Toyota is right across the street and they have better services and I will take my business to them instead. that's why we own four Toyota's.
