Let me say first that we are first time car buyers that were looking for a new Accord. We pulled up and Sanjeev immediately met us and took us to his office and got us out of the cold. He asked us a couple questions to see what we were looking for. He then showed us each model of the Accord, accessories, and price differences. He could not have been more helpful. We test drove the car on 2 separate occasions and Sanjeev was there to show us every spec on the car. We had piece of mind knowing we were getting a great deal from a genuinely great guy. Sanjeev is one guy I will recommend to any person buying a Honda. He was available at the top of a hat and answered his phone each time we had a question. I will certainly be going back to him for any car needs in the future. Also, once we had decided to purchase the car we spoke with Adrian Kadriu in finance. He was very helpful and efficient in getting the paperwork completed quickly yet letting us know of any important details. He was another guy that made our car buying experience fun and easy. Go to Honda of Tyson's Corner, ask for Sanjeev, and you will walk out a happy car buyer!!!!

I had a great experience purchasing my new 2015 Pilot from Mo Ameyar, the sales rep I was referred to. Very happy overall with things and excited about my new Pilot. Thanks Mo for doing an excellent job and completing the transaction to my liking. Keep up the great work. In addition, Alex Garcia in the service dept who referred me to Mo is a top-notch service tech there. Id highly recommend his as well to anyone needing service on their Hondas.

We had in mind a specific vehicle and acceptable colors. It was a new model year so stocks throughout the area were low, and we expected to wait. I emailed about ten Honda dealerships in the area. Tysons Corner was one of two that gave me a below MSRP quote from one of their Internet sales people (Tetiana), along with assurance that the vehicle and color we wanted was coming in a few weeks. When I went in an hour later the salesman (Sanjeev) and one of the managers (whose name I don't remember) told me that color wasn't in fact coming in, and literally laughed off the quote from their Internet people (whom I never saw in person). I test drove the vehicle in a different color, and they quoted me a price above MSRP and wouldn't back down on extras. Had they stuck to the original price and been more friendly (Sanjeev acted coolly once it became clear to him I wasn't buying a car that very day) I would've considered waiting for the color we wanted to come in. As it was I went with the dealership that honored their (below-MSRP) Internet quote, didn't try to upsell me, had the same personnel from their Internet division work with me through the entire sale, and generally acted like they wanted my business.

As I walked up to the dealership, the receptionist was chatting with a sales person and laughing away at something they were discussing. Upon entering, the receptionist did not greet me at first until I stood right in front of her. She then said, "Did you need something?" without a smile as if I was bothering her. There was no one else in the showroom and my visit was between open hours so I was unsure why the team seems standoffish. I was recommended to see Josue Zelaya but when I asked the receptionist for him she asked if I needed something from him. It felt as if I was less at a dealership to buy a car and more at a private party uninvited. Josue was about 10 feet away so when he stepped out of his office, he stood by the door and asked what I needed. I had to walk over to him to introduce myself and express that I was recommended to visit that dealership and speak to him for help. He remembered the recommendation and shook my hand with a smile. Then he asked a nearby salesperson to help me and turned his back without a breath. It was a pity because I only had a few questions and then was ready to buy a brand new vehicle within 3 days.

Mohammed Ayer was great! He gave us great service and was very patient despite the fact that we were at the dealerhip at closing time. He was very prompt on our requests. i was not planning to purchase that day but because thay were very easy to deal with, we quickly took my crv-ex home! Thank you Mohammed and Tyson's Honda! You made car purchasing so pleasant:)
