great experience at Lawless. Saw several vehicles online (2015 Chrysler Town and Country) with the features and prices we wanted, clicked on one car in the color we preferred, and received a call back in a few minutes. We saw the car on a Monday, and we were allowed to test drive it to our home to make sure it would fit in our garage. (Amazing that we were allowed to do this, without the sales rep with us, but much appreciated.) Had to negotiate on the price some, but final price was close enough to our bottom line. Purchased it, and was able to pick it up the next day, with all paperwork completed including the transfer of the registration via their on site connection with the Mass. registry of motor vehicles. All in all, everyone was very accommodating and helpful, and we received the car we wanted very quickly and easily at the price we were comfortable with.

I just bought a RAM 1500 from John Murphy at Lawless. Honest and great guy. Listened, did not try to over sell. Worked to find me what I was looking for. Followed up by email and phone. Turned the transaction around quickly. I also worked with Steve and Jason during the sale. I was really impressed and will definitely buy my next vehicle from Lawless. I highly recommend this dealership.

I was looking for a Jeep. We had a great, personable, salesman named Amani. He was very helpful, no pressure was put on us to purchase. We ended up speaking with Alexander about numbers, payment we ended up with was reasonable. Lastly, signed everything with Steven, he went through everything with us and was very knowledgeable about the information he had to review with us. the whole process was great overall, would go back and I live 2 hours away!

My family came and purchased a 2013 grand cherokee and after the paper work was signed they came and told is we had to wait 7 to 10 days to get the jeep cause they where waiting on the tittle but guess what the lying scam artist they are it's been almost 3 full weeks and no tittle and can not even get a return phone call by the sales manager or sales agent. We have called every day for the last 5 days the dealership is a very shady place of business and after everything we have been through cause just making the deal was a nightmare I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. They tried to take advantage of my fiance until they realized I was there with her. After they spoke to me there whole tone of voice changed. But now still trying to give her the run around.

I placed an inquiry online about a jeep Cherokee, Mary got back to me and was very pleasant. I was on my way home so I told her I would come in to speak in person. She put me in contact with Amani who was also very personable and friendly. I told him I was interested in buying and motivated to do so in the next few weeks. We talked numbers for a few minutes then his sales manager, a bald guy came over. It was over at this point, before he sat down he said "tell me about the deal you want " I can't help you really since you aren't going to buy until February" mind you I wish and hope to buy within two weeks as I told him I live in the city and its a mess from the recent snow storms and don't want to risk something happening to a brand new car. He was very combative the whole time and out right condescending, maybe because I am a woman and had questions about different packages and what was included. He told me again "I can't do anything for you if you don't plan to buy today" making me extremely uncomfortable as I wanted to get information from them as it was the second dealership I visited. When I told him what another dealer was offering and pulled up the window sticker on my phone he said "ya go to them" and sat back in his chair. This was the worst customer service I have ever seen and completely ruined my experience at Lawless. Too bad one rude employee can ruin a sale for another employee. This dealership should really re-think their sale tactics -Erica
