Kia Optima Hybrid
The Kia Optima Hybrid is a 4-cylinder hybrid midsize sedan that boasts fuel economy ratings of 36 miles per gallon in the city and 40 mpg on the highway. In February, Kia's best deals are on the 2013 Optima Hybrid, which boasts up to $2,000 cash back for buyers paying in full. If you're trading in a competitive model or if you currently own a Kia, the brand can sweeten that deal with an extra $500 cash back. Additionally, current members of the military and honorably discharged veterans can get an extra $400 cash back on all Kia models through the end of the month.

Of course, drivers who pay with cash for a Leaf can also take a $7,500 federal tax credit when it comes time to pay their taxes.

But the best deal is available on the 2013 Prius, as Toyota is touting 0 percent interest for a whopping 72-month term.
