Truck Deals: August 2013
If you're looking for a pickup, our list of pickup truck deals can help you find the best deal. And while we can't be there to choose the truck for you, our list will help you find the most cash back, the best interest rate or the lowest possible monthly payment.
The Chevrolet Silverado is a full-size pickup available in dozens of configurations. In August, the 2013 Silverado is also offered with an array of incentives thanks to a new model that's already starting to roll into dealerships. That's good news if you're interested in the outgoing truck, since Chevrolet is offering all versions with 0-percent interest for up to 60 months. Chevrolet is also touting cash-back deals as high as $3,000 on all Silverado trim levels. And there's even a rare lease deal available this month: $299 per month for 39 months after $1,879 down at lease signing on an extended-cab Silverado 1500 LT.
Ford F-Series Super Duty
The Ford F-Series Super Duty offers a heavy-duty alternative to the typical Ford F-Series pickup. Officially known as the F-250 or F-350, Super Duty models can tow or haul more than the regular F-150. In August, the 2013 F-Series Super Duty boasts several incentives. One is a finance deal that allows qualified shoppers to get 1.9-percent interest for 48 months or 2.9 percent for 60 months plus up to $1,000 cash back. Drivers looking to pay in full also get a deal, as Ford is offering up to $3,500 cash back on F-Series Super Duty models.
Like its Chevrolet Silverado sibling, the GMC Sierra is a full-size pickup with a replacement arriving shortly. That means many great deals are available in August on the current 2013 Sierra. Qualified shoppers interested in financing, for example, can get 0-percent interest for up to 60 months. For drivers who would rather pay with cash, GMC is offering up to $3,000 cash back this month. And for those looking to lease, the Sierra SLE extended cab is available with payments starting at $299 per month for 39 months after $2,499 down at lease signing.
Honda's midsize Ridgeline pickup is different from trucks offered by many rivals. In addition to only offering one engine choice, a V6, the Ridgeline is also available in one crew-cab bodystyle only. And unlike all other trucks, it uses car-based unibody construction rather than a body-on-frame design. Through the end of August, it's offered with one special offer -- a rarity from Honda. Qualified shoppers looking to finance the pickup can get 0-percent interest on all 2013 Ridgeline models for up to 60 months.
The midsize Toyota Tacoma offers durable construction and many available body styles. Toyota is also offering two incentives in August, one for shoppers looking to lease a 2013 Tacoma, and the other for those who would rather finance. For qualified drivers interested in financing, Toyota is offering 0-percent interest for up to 36 months. Meanwhile, lease shoppers can get a 36-month deal on the Tacoma Double Cab PreRunner with monthly payments starting at $239 after $2,638 down at lease signing.
