The 2008 Jeep Commander comes available in two trim levels ? the Limited and the Overland ? in either two or four wheel drive, with four doors and lots of interior room for seven passengers and all their gear. The Base Limited features a 235 horsepower 4.7-liter V8 with 4WD and a maximum towing capacity of 6,500 pounds while the Overland comes equipped with a 330 horsepower 5.7-liter V8 with 4WD and a maximum towing capacity of 7,200 pounds. Standard equipment includes Brake Assist, front and rear anti-roll bars, sequential shift control and a remote starter.
