GMC Savana Information
The 2008 GMC Savana Cargo Van is offered in 1500, 2500 and 3500 configurations, with the 1500 offered in either RWD or AWD (the remainder of the models in this series come from the factory with RWD only). The 1500 comes in standard length, while the 2500 and 3500 models are offered in an extended length version too. The Savana Cargo Van was designed for hauling in mind, with excellent cargo room and a maximum payload of 4,381 lbs. in the base 1500 version. The standard engine is a 195 horsepower 4.3-liter gas-powered V6 with a 4-speed automatic.
