Boasting a smooth ride, a luxurious cabin and excellent performance for a luxury Sedan, the 2008 Jaguar XJ is available in five trim levels ? the base XJ8, the XJ8 L with a longer wheelbase, the performance-minded XJR, the Vanden Plas and the Super V8. The XJ features a standard 300 horsepower 4.2-liter V8, with the XJR and the Super V8 getting an additional power boost to 400 horsepower. All feature a 6-speed automatic transmission. Standard equipment includes front/side-body/side-head airbags, ABS brakes, traction control, climate control and navigation.
