For 2006, the Mazda MPV minivan line-up gets the addition of a base model (the LX-SV), added to the midline LX and the top-of-the-line ES. As one of the markets most compact minivan, the MPV offers utility and maneuverability in one, with seating for up to seven passengers and flush-folding third-row seats that offer additional cargo space. The MPV is equipped with a 200 horsepower 3.0-liter V6 featuring a 4-speed overdrive-enabled automatic transmission. Safety features include ABS brakes, driver and passenger-side airbags and child safety rear door locks.
