New for 2013, the Ford C-Max Energi is a plug-in hybrid powered by a 2.0-liter 4-cylinder hybrid engine, combined with a Permanent Magnet AC Synchronous Motor, that produces 141 hp and 129 lb-ft of torque. FWD is paired to a 2-speed CVT for an EPA estimated 44 mpg city and 41 mpg highway.
