2013 Honda Insight Overview

Largely unchanged for 2013, the Honda Insight is a compact hybrid with seating for five powered by a 1.4-liter 4-cylinder hybrid engine that produces 98 hp and 123 lb-ft of torque. A CVT transmission paired with FWD enables the Insight to achieve an EPA estimated 41 mpg city and 44 mpg highway. Features include projector beam headlights, LED taillights, paddle shifters, multi-information display, enhanced rear visibility, ECON button, navigation system, steering-wheel mounted controls, and hands-free phone capabilities. Safety is comprised of a reinforced body structure, anti-lock braking (ABS), electronic brake distribution (EBD), vehicle stability assist (VSA), dual-stage front airbags, front side airbags, side curtain airbags, and tire pressure monitoring (TPMS). The Insight is backed by a 3-year/36,000-mile warranty.
