Giveaway Period. The AutoTrader.com Drive Away Hunger Giveaway (the "Giveaway") will begin on August 30, 2010 and end on September 11, 2010 (the "Giveaway Period").
Eligibility. Subject to the additional restrictions below, the Giveaway is open to Georgia residents who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Entrants who wish to enter by test driving a vehicle must present a valid Georgia driver's license at time of test drive and proof of insurance. Employees of AutoTrader.com, Inc. ("Sponsor"), General Motors Co., the Atlanta Braves, Atlanta-area radio and televisions stations, and Atlanta-area automotive dealers, and each of their respective affiliated companies, and advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with, any such employees, are not eligible to enter or to win. The term "immediate family members" includes spouses, parents, grandparents, siblings, children, and grandchildren.

Then test drive any eligible Chevrolet vehicle. After the test drive, you will be given instructions on how to validate your test drive online at http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/driveawayhunger.
Alternatively, you may enter by hand printing your name, address, age and daytime telephone number and email address on a 3" x 5" postcard or piece of paper and mailing it to: Jennifer Anderson, AutoTrader.com, 5755 Peachtree Dunwoody Road, Atlanta GA 30342. Mail-in entries must be received by Sponsor before the end of the Giveaway Period.
Limit one (1) entry per person regardless of entry method. Sponsor will not be responsible for incomplete, lost, late, postage-due, illegible, unreadable or misdirected entries. All entries become property of Sponsor and none will be returned. Entrants will be given the option to receive commercial e-mails from AutoTrader.com, Chevrolet, and/or General Motors; however, consenting to receive such e-mails will not improve your chances of winning or otherwise affect your eligibility to enter or win.
Winner Selection. One (1) Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received to be held on or about September 13, 2010.
Prize, Odds, and ARV. The Winner will receive a VIP experience at the Atlanta Braves home game on September 14, 2010 (the "Game"). Prize package includes tickets for Winner and fifteen (15) guests to watch the Game from a VIP suite at Turner Field, two (2) parking passes at Turner Field for the Game, a pre-ordered catering package for the VIP suite chosen in Sponsor's sole discretion, and a VIP on-field experience before the Game wherein Winner will be named the Honorary Team Captain of the Atlanta Braves and will have the opportunity to walk to home plate with the Braves' manager and exchange lineups with the opposing team. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Prize package has a total approximate retail value of five thousand five hundred dollars ($5,500).
Costs of gratuities, transportation to and from the Game, and all other expenses not specified above as part of prize package are the sole responsibility of Winner. Prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable, with no cash redemptions except at the discretion of Sponsor. Winner may waive his/her right to receive a prize. No substitutions allowed by Winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of equal or greater value. Prizes and individual components of prize package are subject to availability. No refund or compensation will be made to the Winner in the event of the cancellation or delay of the Game. At its discretion, Sponsor may attempt to reschedule for a future game, but Sponsor will not be liable in the event that the Game is delayed or cancelled. Exact prize details, including choice and location of suite, shall be determined in the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor. The Game date and time is determined in the sole discretion of the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball and/or the Atlanta Braves, as applicable, and may be subject to change. Tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by issuers. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as prizes may govern in the event the Game is not played due to weather, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance or any other reason. The Winner and his/her guests agree to comply with all applicable stadium regulations in connection with the Prize. Sponsor and/or the Atlanta Braves reserve the right to remove or to deny entry if the Winner and/or any of his/her guest(s) behave in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or otherwise annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the Game.
Winner Notification and Acceptance. Winner will be notified by telephone on September 13, 2010. Sponsor's inability to reach Winner by telephone may result in disqualification of Winner, forfeiture of his or her interest in the prize, and selection of a substitute winner from among all remaining eligible entries. Sponsor will call Winner only once during regular business hours at number provided on entry form and will leave no messages. Winner is solely responsible for reporting and payment of any taxes on prizes.
Winner will be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and a liability and publicity release, which must be returned to Sponsor by September 13, 2010. Failure to sign and return the affidavit or release within the time frame specified by Sponsor, or to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules, may result in Winner's disqualification, the forfeiture of his or her interest in the prize, and the award of the prize to a substitute winner. Winner's guests must also sign any affidavit or release that Sponsor may require. Except where prohibited, acceptance of any prize constitutes Winner's consent to the publication of his or her name, biographical information and likeness in any media for any commercial or promotional purpose, without limitation the Internet, or further compensation. Prizes not won and claimed by eligible winners in accordance with these Official Rules will not be awarded and will remain the property of Sponsor. Participation. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of the Giveaway as solely determined by Sponsor. In the event the Giveaway is compromised by tampering or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of the Giveaway, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Giveaway. Should the Giveaway be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, Sponsor reserves the right to award prizes based on the entries received before the termination date.
Limitation of Liability. By entering, participants acknowledge and agree that AutoTrader.com, Inc., General Motors Co., the Atlanta Braves, the Atlanta Community Food Bank and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, trustees, franchisees, licensees, advertising, promotional or public relations agencies, and the officers, employees, independent contractors, representatives and agents of each will not be liable for losses or injuries of any kind resulting from acceptance/possession/use and/or misuse of prize(s), travel to and from any Giveaway-related or prize-related activity, participation in the Giveaway, typographical, printing, mailing or distribution errors, or for any entries that are not in compliance with these Official Rules.

Subject to the additional restrictions below, Georgia residents who are 18 years or older at the time of participation may receive one (1) voucher for a ticket to the Atlanta Braves home game on September 14, 2010 (the "Game") in exchange for a donation of ten (10) cans of food to the Atlanta Community Food Bank between August 30, 2010 and September 11, 2010. Participants can donate their cans of food and receive their voucher from any of the following participating Chevrolet dealers:

Limit: Ten (10) voucher(s) per person and per household, regardless of location of donation. Additional vouchers beyond the specified limit will be void. The use of multiple names, addresses, and/or identities is prohibited. Mechanically reproduced or altered vouchers will be void.
Participants can redeem one (1) voucher for one (1) Game ticket by finding the AutoTrader.com booth at the Main Plaza entrance to Turner Field between 5pm and 8pm on the day of the Game. (In the event that the Game is rained out, participants will be required to redeem their vouchers at the AutoTrader.com booth at the Main Plaza entrance to Turner Field on September 14, 2010 between 5pm and 8pm in order to be eligible to receive a replacement ticket for a future game pursuant to the Atlanta Braves rainout policy (http://atlanta.braves.mlb.com/atl/ticketing/rainout.jsp)). If the start time of the Game changes, then the AutoTrader.com booth will be open from 2 hours prior to the start of the Game until 1 hour after the start of the Game. Upon verification by Sponsor of participant's eligibility and compliance with these Terms and Conditions, participant may receive a Game ticket. Each voucher may be redeemed only one (1) time. Failure to redeem a voucher as specified above, or failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions, may result in the forfeiture of participant's Game ticket, in which case such ticket shall remain the property of Sponsor. ARV of each ticket: $8.00.
Vouchers available while supplies last. Vouchers have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash. Vouchers are void if copied, purchased, traded, or sold. No refund or compensation will be made to any participant in the event of the cancellation or delay of the Game. Ticket replacement will be at the Braves discretion, according to their rainout/cancellation policy, available at http://atlanta.braves.mlb.com/atl/ticketing/rainout.jsp. At its discretion, Sponsor may attempt to reschedule for a future game, but Sponsor and the Atlanta Braves will not be liable in the event that the Game is delayed or cancelled. Seat locations are subject to availability and shall be determined in the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor. The Game date and time is determined in the sole discretion of the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball and/or the Atlanta Braves, as applicable, and may be subject to change. Tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by issuers. The terms and conditions of the tickets may govern in the event the Game is not played due to weather, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance or any other reason. Participants agree to comply with all applicable Turner Field regulations. Sponsor and/or the Atlanta Braves reserve the right to remove or to deny entry if the participant behaves in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or otherwise annoys, abuses, threatens or harasses any other person at the Game.
Sponsor is not responsible for, and will not replace, any lost, mutilated, or stolen vouchers or Game tickets. By participating, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to void the vouchers of any persons found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of the Promotion as solely determined by Sponsor. In the event the Promotion is compromised by tampering or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Promotion. Should the Promotion be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, Sponsor reserves the right to redeem vouchers that were distributed before the termination date.
