With January upon us, many automakers are looking to start off the New Year with strong sales figures. That's especially true in the world of pickups, which automakers depend on to sell in huge numbers year in and year out. As a result, many brands are offering great deals on their pickups this month -- and we've rounded up some of the best offers in the business to help buyers searching for a new truck in the New Year.

Cadillac Escalade

Looking for a little luxury in your pickup truck? Cadillac's four-door Escalade EXT is arguably the most upscale pickup on the market, and through February 29 it's available with several impressive special offers designed to lure car shoppers who are on the fence about their purchase. According to Cadillac, remaining 2011 models are available with zero percent financing for a whopping 72 months, while 2012 models can be had with 1.9 percent financing for up to 36 months. If it's an SUV you're after, the automaker is extending the same offer to the rest of its Escalade family, including the extended-length Escalade ESV and the fuel-saving Escalade Hybrid as well as the traditional regular-length SUV.

Chevrolet Colorado

To help sales of the Colorado stay strong in the waning stages of the midsize pickup's life, Chevrolet is offering several attractive deals on the truck to buyers looking for a solid, dependable workhorse. According to the automaker, qualified buyers interested in a remaining 2011 model can get zero percent financing for up to 72 months, along with cash back offers ranging from $1,500 on a regular cab model to $3,000 on extended cab variants. Chevrolet is also offering deals on 2012 Colorados, including 1.9 percent interest rates for up to 60 months and $2,000 cash back on extended cab models.

Ford F-Series

Ford recorded more than a half million sales of its F-Series pickup in 2011, and the automaker is eager to increase that stunning total next year. To help get things rolling, Ford is offering up to $2,500 cash back on all remaining 2011 F-150 models and $2,000 back for all 2012s, or interest rates of just 2.9 percent for 36 months and $1,000 cash back for qualified buyers looking to finance. Commercial truck buyers looking at the larger F-650 and F-750 will be pleased to know the automaker is also offering special pricing on those models, with cash back deals starting at $3,000 for 2012 models and $4,000 for remaining 2011 model inventory.

Nissan Frontier

Nissan is offering several impressive deals on its midsize 2012 Frontier pickup. Through the end of January, qualified buyers can get zero percent financing for up to 60 months or 1.9 percent for up to 72 months on the truck, which was recently named one of the top ten cars with the best resale value by automotive analytics firm Kelley Blue Book. Cash buyers can also score a great deal thanks to offers of up to $2,500 back, while consumers looking to lease will find attractive rates starting at $229 per month for 39 months with just $2,449 due at signing. Best of all, the special offers don't just apply to base-level, four-cylinder Frontiers but to nearly all models, including versions featuring the truck's muscular 261-horsepower 4.0-liter V6.

Nissan Titan

Nissan's muscular Titan pickup is available with a slew of special offers on both 2011 and little-changed 2012 models through January 31. According to the automaker, qualified buyers can get nearly all 2011 Titan models with zero percent interest for up to 60 months, or take up to $5,250 cash back. Nissan is also offering attractive deals on 2012 Titans, including zero percent interest rates for 36 months or 0.9 percent for up to 60 months, or up to $3,000 cash back. Consumers who would rather lease their Titan can also find attractive deals on the large pickup, with lease rates starting at just $499 per month with $2,999 due at signing.

Dodge Pickups

Chrysler is offering a series of impressive deals on its full-size pickups through the end of January. According to the automaker, all 2012 models are available to qualified buyers with zero percent financing for up to 36 months, while cash back offers on the pickup range from $2,500 on 2500 models to $3,000 on the regular-duty 1500. Best of all, lease rates on the 1500 Quad Cab start at just $289 per month with $2,999 down - a great deal for a truck receiving heavy praise for its updated styling, revised interior and muscular engines.

What it means to you: Just about every truck is available with some form of incentive this month.
