With winter still in full swing in many parts of the US, February is among the best times to purchase a brand new car - especially since most buyers are looking for SUVs, crossovers and pickups. As a result, there are many great deals available on new cars throughout the month, and we've rounded up some of the best offers below.

Chevrolet Camaro
Shoppers interested in a car with some flair can score a great deal on Chevrolet's exciting Camaro through the end of February. While hardtop versions of the sports car are available to qualified buyers with an attractive 3.9 percent interest rate for up to 60 months, the best deals are on leftover 2011 Camaro convertibles. That's because Chevrolet is offering 2011 Camaro ragtops to qualified buyers with zero percent financing for a whopping 72 months - a rare deal on a newly released model. Best of all, the special offer is available for all Camaro convertibles, from the 323-horsepower base model to the wild 426-horsepower Camaro SS.

Chrysler 300

Regardless of whether you're leasing, financing or outright purchasing a 2012 Chrysler 300, there's a great deal to be had in February. For customers looking to finance the sedan, Chrysler is offering zero percent interest rates for up to 36 months, while consumers who would rather purchase in full can get $1,500 cash back throughout the month. Meanwhile, qualified car shoppers looking to lease the sedan will find attractive lease rates starting at just $339 per month for 36 months with just $2,999 due at signing. Those are great deals regardless of whether the sedan is equipped with its standard 292-horsepower Pentastar V6 or its available muscular 363-horsepower 5.7-liter "Hemi" V8.

Honda Civic

If fuel economy and dependability are high on your shopping list, the compact Honda Civic is among the best buys in the industry. Through the end of February, Honda is offering attractive lease deals on Civic coupes and sedans starting at just $230 per month with zero due at signing. Interested in financing your Civic instead? Honda is also offering 0.9 percent interest rates to qualified buyers for up to 36 months on all 2012 Civic models - even the sporty Civic Si, which features a high-revving 201-horsepower 2.4-liter four-cylinder. That's a great offer for a recently redesigned car like the Civic - and it extends to just 1.9 percent for buyers looking to stretch their term to 60 months for lower monthly payments.

Hyundai Genesis Coupe

Hyundai's sporty Genesis Coupe is available with a series of attractive offers in February. For car shoppers interested in leasing, the aggressively styled coupe is available for just $259 per month for 36 months with $2,699 due at signing. Qualified consumers who would rather finance their Genesis will find interest rates starting at 0.9 percent for 36 months, or 1.9 percent for 48 months - great deals that get even better with the automaker's $500 cash back offer to Hyundai owners or owners of competitive vehicles. Best of all, shoppers who are willing to consider remaining 2011 Genesis models still in dealer inventory can qualify for special financing rates as low as zero percent for 36 months or 0.9 percent for 48 months.

Mazda2
Mazda's cute new Mazda2 subcompact is available with several special offers throughout February. According to the automaker, qualified car shoppers interested in purchasing a new 2012 Mazda2 can get interest rates of just 0.9 percent for up to 60 months, while buyers willing to consider a leftover 2011 model can qualify for zero percent interest for up to 60 months and $500 cash back. That makes the already inexpensive Mazda2 a great deal, especially considering its generous list of standard features that includes curtain side airbags, anti-lock brakes, a digital media player connection, remote keyless entry and an AM/FM/CD player.

Volkswagen Jetta
Volkswagen is expecting big sales numbers from its recently redesigned Jetta, and the automaker is offering several attractive deals in February to help those figures become a reality. According to Volkswagen, qualified buyers can lease a gas-powered 2012 Jetta S for just $169 per month with $1,999 due at signing throughout February, or purchase one with 0.9 percent interest for up to 60 months. Diesel Jettas are also available with a special rate of just 1.9 percent for 60 months, which is a great deal for a sought-after new vehicle that's capable of more than 40 miles per gallon.
