Available in both a four-door sedan and a three door hatchback, the 2007 Hyundai Accent continues to be a great choice for those who want a lot for their money. Starting under $10,500, the Accent is one of the least expensive cars on the market. Both body types feature one of the best warranties in the business. Six standard air bags and a five-star frontal crash rating add to the model's value.
For 2007, the redesigned Hyundai Accent adds a GS and sporty SE three-door to the new-for-2006 GLS four-door sedan. ABS brakes are no longer standard, but are available as an option. The Accent still continues to offer loads of safety equipment for the money.
Both a compact hatchback and a sedan are available on the 2007 Hyundai Accent, with two trims being offered on the hatchback and one on the sedan. All Accents are powered by a 110-horsepower, 1.6L in-line four-cylinder engine with variable valve timing that makes 106 ft-lbs of torque. When coupled with the five-speed automatic, the Accent accelerates with reasonable verve. A four-speed automatic is optional across the board.
