Benefits of Driving a 2007 Lexus LX Models Sport Utility
The 2007 Lexus LX470 is a well-appointed luxury utility that seats up to eight people. Luxury doesn't come at the expense of off-road ability, though. The LX470 has a versatile suspension that is able to handle paved roads and rutted mountain tracks with equal ease, and it can tow up to 6,500 pounds.
What's new for 2007?
The 2007 Lexus LX470 now has revised horsepower and torque numbers and an optional Limited Package. The Limited package includes 18-inch alloy wheels, chrome door handles, a chrome beltline accent, a chrome exhaust tip, unique floor and cargo mats, color-coded scuff plates, and black maple wood interior trim. An air bag sensor that determines the size and weight of the passenger is also now standard.
- Luxurious and quiet
- strong off-road and towing capabilities.
The 2007 Lexus LX470 has a powerful 4.7L DOHC 32-valve V8 engine mated to a five-speed electronically controlled transmission. It also comes with an adaptive variable suspension that allows the driver to have either soft or firm ride settings. The result is a powerful SUV that is both smooth and quiet. The LX470 has full-time four-wheel drive and an adjustable ride height that raises and lowers the vehicle as many as four inches, which allows for improved off-road performance. As such, the LX470 is one of the most capable full-size SUVs on the market.
