The 2011 BMW M3 continues as the brand's high-performance version of the 3-series. Newly available this year is a Performance Package which includes chassis, tire, suspension and powertrain tweaks to further enhance driving dynamics. All versions of the M3 are powered by a 4.0-liter V8, making 414-hp at a high 8300 RPM, linked to a 6-speed manual or 7-speed dual-clutch automatic. A revised front and rear fascia, LED tail lamps and other exterior and interior refinements adorn the coupe, convertible and sedan trims. The M3 continues to be a track day favorite and promises low 4-second 0-60 times, even sharper handling than ever before and it still achieves up to 20 mpg hwy.
