A 2nd generation full-sized, premium sport utility vehicle, the 2011 Infiniti QX56 new look comes with either a rear-wheel or four-wheel drive configuration. Providing 400 horsepower and 413 pounds-feet of torque to the 2011 Infiniti QX56, a 5.6 liter V-8 engine features direct injection as well as Nissan's Variable Valve Event and Lift to garner better fuel efficiency. Providing solace to audiophiles, the 2011 Infiniti QX56 comes standard with a 13-speaker Bose audio system, XM satellite radio, USB connection, Bluetooth streaming audio capability and a 9.3 gigabyte hard drive. Optional Theater Package would add dual 7-inch color monitor and wireless headphones offers entertainment to rear seat passengers. Dressing up the 2011 Infiniti QX56, an optional set of forged 22-inch aluminum alloy is available paired with Bridgestone tires.

What's new for 2011?

Infiniti's flagship SUV gets a refresh for 2011, with new styling throughout that looks different than just about anything else on the road. The front end sees more flowing fenders and updated headlamps, while side scallops have been added behind the front wheels. Overall, the new SUV is longer, lower and wider than the 2010 model. Underneath its softer exterior, the platform has shifted from the Nissan Armada to the Nissan Patrol--an SUV not offered in the US--which makes for an even more solid luxury SUV. The 5.6L V8 has been reworked to produce 400 horsepower. A 7-speed automatic transmission is now standard.
