The Galant is sized closely to its primary competitors-- the Toyota Camry, Honda Accord and Nissan Altima, and is similarly equipped. Some will be attracted to its styling, which is somewhat more dramatic and helps the Galant stand apart from the pack inside and out. The Galant's low price of entry makes it very appealing in the mid-size category.
Mitsubishi's venerable mid-size carries on with few changes for 2011.
The 2011 Galant lineup consists of two different models: the ES and SE. Both are powered by a 160-horsepower, 2.4L 4-cylinder engine with a 4-speed Sportronic automatic transmission.
