4WD King Cab Auto PRO-4X
Starting at | Starting at 14 MPG City - 19 MPG Highway
The Nissan Frontier is a capable, but moderately sized alternative to full-size trucks. It's smaller size can provide better off-road as well as parking lot capability, and its V6 engine is one of the most powerful in its class. The truck also stands out for its unique Utili-Track system and plentiful interior storage bins. Towing ability is not bad for its size-- properly equipped, the Frontier is rated to tow up to 6,500 pounds.
The Frontier's trims changed names, but the equipment levels are about the same. The XE is now known as the 'S', and the SE is now the 'SV', which, for 2011, comes with alloy wheels standard. The 'LE' trim is now known as the 'SL'. The manual transmission is no longer available with the long-wheelbase crew cab, but becomes available for the 4-wheel drive short-wheelbase crew cab PRO-4X trim.
The mid-size 2011 Nissan Frontier pickup comes in two cab styles--King Cab and Crew Cab. The King Cab has smaller, rear-hinged rear doors and the Crew Cab has full-size, front-hinged rear doors and a larger rear-seat area. The King Cab is available in a single bed length, while the Crew Cab is available in standard bed and long bed versions.
