Sporting slight modifications for 2012, including center console carbon-fiber trim, the mid-engine Nissan GT-R supercar is better than ever. Other new changes include a refreshed front and rear fascia. A twin turbo V6 engine supplies the car with an upgraded 520 hp and 450 lb-ft of torque. Paired with AWD and a six-speed automated manual the GT-R does 0-60 in 2.9 seconds. Fuel mileage can be expected to be comparable to the 2011 figures of 15 mpg city and 21 mpg highway. Features include LED running lights, 20-inch wheels, premium audio system, 11-speaker sound system, hands-free phone technology, navigation system, push button ignition, heated front seats and custom trimmed Recaro� seats. Safety is comprised of dual-stage front airbags, seat mounted side-impact airbags, roof-mounted curtain side-impact airbags, anti-lock braking, electronic brake force distribution and tire pressure monitoring. The GT-R is backed by a 3-year/36,000-mile warranty.

The Nissan GT-R is offered in Premium and Black Edition models, both powered by a special 3.8L twin-turbocharged V6, now making 530 horsepower and 448 pound-feet of torque. Power is put to all four wheels with a performance-oriented all-wheel drive system, and a six-speed dual-clutch gearbox (with no actual clutch pedal) handles the shifting.
