4WD 4dr GT
Starting at $28,595 | Starting at 19 MPG City - 25 MPG Highway
The Mitsubishi Outlander offers a lot of features for its price point. Gas mileage is pretty good too, with the base-level ES turning in 21 mpg in the city and 27 mpg on the highway. Even the 7-passenger SE equipped with all-wheel drive gets 18 mpg in the city and 24 on the highway.
Mitsubishi has updated the features and option packages for the Outlander in 2013. All Outlanders now get heated mirrors; while SE and GT trimmed Outlanders receive heated front seats and hands-free audio and navigation functions. SE Outlanders also get automatic climate control while GT Outlanders now come with Satellite Radio.
The Mitsubishi Outlander has two available engines: a 2.4L 4-cylinder making 168 hp, available in the ES and SE trim levels, and a 3.0L V6 making 230 hp in the GT. The 4-cylinder is mated to a continuously variable transmission, while the V6 uses a 6-speed Sportronic automatic transmission. The SE and GT also have standard magnesium paddle shifters on the steering wheel.
