V-8 engines ranging in 5.3 and 6.0 liter displacement sizes are also available with a 6-speed automatic transmissions standard on 2500 and 3500 models. For turbodiesel power, a 6.6 liter Duramax V-8 engine can be ordered with the Savana 2500 Cargo Van providing 525 pounds-feet of peak torque for optimum towing. On all 2011 GMC Savana Cargo Vans, air conditioning and StabiliTrak are standard features. OnStar Direction and Connections is new, optional equipment along with a locking differential which can be ordered on any 2011 GMC Savana Cargo Van configuration. Autonet Mobile Wi-Fi Internet is a dealer-installed option.
