The 2013 Volkswagen Golf is a compact hatchback available in three-door and five-door trim levels. The Golf is available with two different engines; a 2.5-liter inline 5-cylinder engine (170 hp/177 lb-ft of torque) and a 2.0-liter TDI� Clean Diesel engine (now standard with fog lights) that produces (140 hp/236 lb-ft of torque). Safety is comprised of crash-optimized front end, electronic stability control (ESC), Intelligent Crash Response, six airbags with side curtain protection, hydraulic brake assist (HBA) and anti-lock braking (ABS).
