New for 2014, the Kia Sorento is a mid-size crossover SUV available with two different engines; a standard 2.4-liter direct-injection 4-cylinder engine that produces 191 hp and 181 lb-ft of torque, and an optional 3.3-liter V6 engine that generates 290 hp and 252 lb-ft of torque. All drivetrains, FWD or optional AWD, are mated to the same 6-speed automatic transmission.
